Great Customer Service Experience
I had an issue with my payment at MentorShow and expected a refund due to not canceling my annual subscription on time (my mistake). I contacted MentorShow customer service and was served by Tiana. Tiana was of great help and very understanding, not only she managed to exceed my expectations and got the issue solved but she also was friendly, very professional, and always answered promptly. Her answers were always very informative.
Tiana is a real example of what one would expect from a great company like MentorShow. Thru this experience, my trust in MentorShow increased a lot. MenthorShow is a great and trustful company that always delivers against its promise. keep it up. Thanks a lot, Tiana!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I have ordered a course which I paid and few months later they took 197 euros from my card account for something I haven't ordered. So be careful !
Your reply is absolutely false and irrelevant. I have no renewal of suscription. You've just took 197 euros without my consent because you've made a big mistake. I got back my money after many mails and calls. You have had the gut to say that it's was my fault and I find this very low of you. You don't even accept to make a commercial gesture as I have asked. You have put me in a bad situation during christmas time s I have no much money. You meant to be helping people not destroy them.

A pale copycat of Masterclass
I just can’t not believe how one scam company as MentorShow has literally copied and stolen another’s company idea: MasterClass
They copied everything from Logo, to the concept to even the slogan “learn from the best”
Unreal, lack of ethics, they just don’t deserve to be successful
