At 4th January bought a chair. Never arrived. After several e-mails Ivwas told that I'll have a refund. Today: 8th October, still waiting for the refund.

This site should not exist. The delivery is my table took 5 months instead of the 2months written on the website. I just received a couple of pieces, no notice, missing pieces , a nightmare. They font answer.

Scam business. Avoid at all cost
Im giving 1 star only because there is no option to give a negative score. This is a scam mafia business. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from them.
I bought a piece of furniture from this scam business in November 2024. They failed to deliver. I requested a refund. I'm writing this on the 29 April 2025, & I still have not received my refund from them. It is now a fight to get my money back from these crooks.

Horrible/AVOID- and how to get your money back
Menzzo supposed to reimburse me with 420 euro within 14 working days. Didnt happen!!!
Since June 2024 until mid-September, I was keep sending email asking about my money and the reply was always the same...sorry, we have a delay, but we are working to return your money.
Dont fall for it...they are just stalling hoping that people will give up eventually. I was about to give up, when I found a very good tip in the other reviews, so I said to give it a try.
To all, make a complaint report on signal.conso.gouv.fr. It can be done in English as well. Pay attention that Menzzo is actually registered as Davli company.
Two weeks later I've received my money back...hèhè, what a nightmare is Menzzo!

The sofa is very comfortable, elegant and stable, hard, but that is why it is só good. Looks the same as on the photos.

Very bad quality
This bench is made of cardboard and plastic with tissue cover on top. On applying little pressure to the sides it got deformed. Not at all recommended.

Super sofa
Super sofa! It looks very nice and fancy in my living room. It was easy to set up. The sofa is a bit hard, but still OK to relax in. It arrived after 1 week already!

Very unsatisfied
Very unsatisfied as the furniture that was bought, was damaged a lot. I am not someone to complain soon and make a big thing of things but this was clearly damaged before it was packed and still was delivered which is unacceptable. I have bought a lot of furniture online and this has never occured.
