Received the item pre used with litter already on everything. This was the response from my daughter who received it
I think we got one that was returned 😭 it's fine if it works but damn everything in here is clearly opened and used🤣 There's also a deodorizer that only has 2/3 of them and everything inside is covered in litter lmao

Easy to set up and use for person and cat
Easy to set up and use- the cat took right to it and my mom is pleasantly surprised to not have to scoop poop every day. I have a litter robot for myself, and this Meowant is definitely more accessible and lower to the ground for senior cats. Currently buy again.

This is the best litter box by far!
This is the best litter box by far! I have the MW-SC01, which turned out to be a little small for my big guy once full grown. I had resigned myself to scooping an open stainless steel litter box which he seemed to prefer over the -01. Not anymore! He is now bypassing the open box to use this larger model. It is perfect!

They sent me a refurbished unit. Horrible Customer Service
You had a shipping error and sent me a refurbished unit then send me an email to email you guys I emailed you back and you don't respond not very good customer experience is it....
You did not resolve anything your customer service is like "hey try the refurbished one so you don't have to wait". Give me a break. And then 3 times they ignored the fact to just send me a return label.

A restocked litter box was sent vs
A restocked litter box was sent vs. new. Unacceptable. Told to check the one sent for satisfaction and decide about returning. Why would I even be asked to check a product I didn’t order. I paid for a NEW product.
The company did contact me with unreasonable requests to send pictures and set-up the unit in my home. The unit has used litter in the seams and parts bags. My cats and dog are reacting to the unit. I’ve multiple times requested a return label and new unit sent.
