Wish I’d read the reviews first .Waste of money .Shoddy goods. Will never order on line again.Wish I could get a refund as I’m a pensioner and can not just throw money away and these goods are not fit for purpose.

I place an order for 2 bras in May 2 and never receive them. The tracking number they sent didn't even work. I haven't gotten any response from them. I feel they are scamming people. No stars from me.

Made an order in April and still not arrived and I no longer need the product. Have asked for a refund and have had no reply for them!!

Should be a no star review as they haven’t given any kind of service! Wish I’d looked at reviews before I ordered, I won’t be making that mistake again! They don’t answer your emails, the tracking that they send doesn’t work, do not use these scammers!

I purchased x2 LaxChi Ice Silk Air Bra on 01/05/20. My item was eventually shipped out on 14/05/20 with tracking number SYRM103381999. After tracking on a few sites, they all said my item arrived in my country on 20/06/20. Still not received. I sent the company a very nasty email to which they replied on 07/07/20.

I even contacted our local postal service who advised as soon as parcel arrives in country it is delivered with 3 days, they said tracking number is not recognised on their database.

MORAL OF MY STORY IS NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY AND DON'T EXPECT ANY REFUND.

I ordered the bun for hair. It does not look like the photo at all. I ordered the glueless eyelashes. They don't stick. I ordered the brow pen, it is okay sort of think. My order took about 3 months. Not worth the $40 I paid. Rip off

Do NOT order from this company. Took 3 months to get purchase and it was junk (car phone holder). If I could give it less than one star, I would. Should have looked at reviews before I ordered. PLEASE Believe the reviews.

Item arrived 6 weeks late, broken within 30 seconds, company ignoring emails and request for a refund. This has been going on 8 weeks now

I order and item in April and I never got it. I had send several message to them and they respond that there working on it to see what happen. The tracking number that they supposedly gave me is not legit. I went to post office say it’s probably a scam. I ask for a refund. No respond.i will never order from them. Be aware. They might of change there name. There a scam!!!

This company is a scam company and they are fraud. I ordered an item from them and paid, they never sent the item. I have written numerous emails to them, but they never responded to my emails. They are out to cheat you.

This website is obviously a scam. I did 2 lots of orders 3 months ago and I haven't received any of them. They keep sending you emails even though they know they won't send goods. I have emailed the customer services but you get no reply. Don't fall for this website.

It’s a scam! I can’t believe I fell for this. I found them via FB and thought it was a legit company. I was wrong! I ordered several items since May 28, 2020 and emailed them numerous times with no response. They took my money.
UPDATE: July 12,2020. I finally received the items I ordered and it is a huge disappointment. The knife sharpener and fruit peelers are cheaply made. It’s like a toy. Very disappointed. Not good quality at all.

This website is clearly a complete scam. My wife ordered goods over 4 weeks ago for my daughter’s 16th birthday worth over £100 and they didn’t arrive. My wife emailed them on numerous occasions chasing it up and received no responses at all and the website is now blocked and unavailable. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a total scam and cannot be trusted.
