Don't buy from this company unless you are happy to be scammed

I ordered a replacement shower pump from their on line facility, cost at £217.00 with delivery. Was informed by email that delivery would be on 15th May, (four days after placing the order).
I arranged to fit the pump with customer on the 18th May, but no pump came. I phoned company asking where the pump was and was informed that I had been refunded the full amount and they couldn't fulfil the order. I checked my account and no refund had been made. I threatened to call police and contact Trading Standards if the money wasn't in on the 18th May, so far, no refund and have had to buy elsewhere so far now around £500 out of pocket.
I also believe this firm are scamming and are collecting card numbers and will be changing my card straight away.
Risk your finances at your own risk, this company are not what they say they are.

I suspect this is a scam operation

I suspect this is a scam operation. I ordered a plumbing spare part which was out of stock everywhere else. I entered my credit card details which didn't work (odd) and then tried a second card which didn't work either (very odd).
I callled the company and they said there was an error on the site and the item is in stock after all.
No money was taken but I think they are gathering credit card details to sell.
I cancelled both cards.

Would give zero

Would give zero. Ordered Part, payment went through. I received no confirmation at all. Delivery was suppose to be be afew days, Received the item 2 weeks later. I already bought item elsewhere so didn’t need it. No return docs, so couldn’t send back to them.
I have tried calling them numerous times, no answer. Left many voicemails and sent many emails. Again no response.

Hopefully they see this review and get in contact with me do they can send me a returns label so I can get a refund.
