Pleasantly surprised with the out of hours support
It was a chilled winter evening and suddenly the radiators went cold…to our horror, the perfectly serviced heating system appeared to have failed. I called Meraboiler emergency number at 10 pm in the night and I was so pleasantly surprised that I had a friendly and knowledgeable person support me through the troubleshooting process. The team then followed up the next day and prioritised an engineer to come over and get my home heating sorted so that my young family did not have to deal with the winter chill in our home…I sincerely thank the Meraboiler team for their professionalism and timely support…

Post sales service issues
Following a lot of to and fro, the company finally responded to my query. The service plan is now in place but I am still sceptical. I am happy to update the review once I have had the first service.

Superb team and price…
I just installed my new boiler through meraboiler and it was nothing short of fabulous...
The team was not only cost competitive...but they moved my boiler to a different location which required new plumbing gas and electric connections...the work was done with speed...exactly on time and very professionally!!
I hope you never need to replace a boiler...but if you do...these are the guys to go to !!

Unbelievable using unlicensed gas safe…
Unbelievable using unlicensed gas safe engineers please check before you get a boiler installed,
using illegal workers immigration has now been informed along with gas safe after my camera picked up the dangerous work done putting my family at risk, unlicensed worker did a boiler install all recorded on my cctv and in side my house which picked up Gurpreet telling he’s worker to install a gas pipe and work on gas with out being gas safe shocking behaviour. Manpreet and Raj who aren’t gas safe along with illegal worker who don’t speak English. Had to call the police to get my cctv all recorded in time and reported this company. Gurpreet whos told a unlicensed worker install a gas pipe, With out any disregard for my family safety. Please provide Raj who did the install and manpreet with Pardeep and other people to show there gas safe card that worked on gas at my property.
Everyone that’s had a boiler installed check the engineer is gas safe. No health and safety. Dangerous company working on gas. Putting peoples life’s in danger beware and always check the engineer. Gas safe and immigration are now investigating. Shocking and dangerous work done.

Never choose this company!!!
Did a mistake with going along with them. This company is only after money and once they took my money they just kept delaying the installation and after just 2 days my boiler started leaking and no ine came for the service. Never go with this company its just a greedy money eating company.
