I am very very disappointed with their service
This is my second property both the property has been started in 2 week gap
I got quation from them as we agree to do
They start doing the work Later on they told me I need to change two hot water pressure valve which they already look at it in first place I got no option they quote me extra around £300 on additional quotation
After finish the job some one came to certified but from them people has refuse to certified because the electric wiring are not as stander so some come and done it later on for my satisfaction I am cover with British Gas so I call for another inspection they check and they find out side vent flue has not been cement so I have to call again to finish their work
It’s completely joke we all look cheaper price but some people hide something and later on they say sorry you have to change this and that so after all you end up with the same quote
Even they change my presser valve that one also faulty so good job I am cover with British Gas I call them and they replace it with out any argument and now it’s work fine so my £300 gone in drain
I won’t recommend to any one and if I
I don’t pay any money upfront this is how I look at it

Got 3 companies to quote for my boiler. Mera boiler were the only company who actually sent the quote as promised. Went ahead and they fitted me in the next day. Everywhere was well protected,Two guys that came were friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Very happy with my new boiler and boiler service plan.

Just experienced a very good maintenance service. We recently switched on the heating but water pressure was down and suddenly had no hot water and no heating. I have taken service guarantee with them. The Boss answered my phone and guided me via what’s up video call and resolved it. Now boiler and heating are working well. This thing happens when we switch on heating after a long time I understand. We are very happy with Mera Boiler. They are professional, friendly & you will not be disappointed at all. Please keep up this good work..

We had a minor leakage from the radiator and we rang on their emergency number. They answered the phone and guided us, which was very helpful. In short they resolved the issue over the phone. We would definitely recommend Mera Boiler.
