Total SCAM. They never sent me my order and did not reimburse me despite numerous emails. They don’t even bother to respond. Stay clear!

They don't even deserve a star! I placed the order in November 2024, it never arrived, they never sent the tracking number, they didn't return the money and in the meantime they stopped responding. It's a scam!

Not even one star! I ordered something in December and it never arrived. I’ve complained so much but their responses were all the same, like “no worries it will arrive, as long as it arrives you can ask for money back (which doesn’t make f***** sense but okay). I also sent an email but they ignored me. Avoid them as much as you can!

They lead you to believe they are uk company goods never arrive just same in production email reply

Dishonest seller, ordered item, no delivery information forthcoming, they advised of a short delay in postage and then no reply to any other email enquiries. No delivery.

I would never order from them again. I ordered some piece of shit from them in the early December of 2024. It never arrived, and now they are completely ignoring me, not even answering my emails. And of course they have no way of refunding my money either. Nonsense.

I wish I could give --- stars. I got my order surprisingly considering the reviews. However the items arrived broken, and in the filmsiest packaging I've ever seen for glassware. I reached out with pictures and the responded they were sending a new item this has now been several weeks and no one is responding to my request for a follow-up or refund. SCAM...

Stay away, don’t bye. Cheating company, revived a bad copy instead of the one at the pictures .
NOT at all like the bag on the pictures and they won’t give me my money back :-((((

A total scam company. They charge you and then nothing shows up. The telephone number they list on their website does not work and they do not return your emails. If you ordered/charged something with them, dispute the charge immediately with your CC company and have your CC company send you a new card with a totally new card number...

Same as everyone else. Never received my purchase.

Charged my credit card immediately and never sent the items. I haven't contacted them yet, but from what everyone else is saying, it's a futile effort. I will be reporting them for fraud.

Scam, avoid. They never ship the items you order and do not respond to emails.

Please avoid the people like the plague. What a bunch of scammers. I get this product from them with no instructions, none of the wires they describe and it was really late. So, the phone number they provide? Ha, what a joke. It’s another promo line and if you do happen to get a human, they will hang up on you! How rude.

I was tempted to purchase something from Merakimart but I'm glad I haven't after reading the reviews here.. We have to report this fraudulent business with the hopes of taking it down and to prevent others from being scammed.

Never recieved the items I ordered. Customer service only answered that I shouldn’t worry, as they were on their way, but were not able to give any estimates or help with tracking

Waited 6 weeks for a delivery which was terrible quality. The quality was so BAD, it was not fit for purpose. And of course, they were not willing to respond to my comments.
Total scam. It’s appalling- they should not be allowed to operate.

Total scam! Don’t buy here. They send you cheap stuff and don’t react when you want your money back.
