The recruitment process made me think this was a poor place to work
Had a really bad experience with this company as a prospective employee. They asked irrelevant questions about my CV and were utterly fixated on whether I lived in Ireland or not without any explanation even though there's an open border to the North and across the EU a million people live in one country and work in another. Have worked there several times just not based there right now.
Gave the interviewer a full day of availability for prescreening but this wasn't good enough. We got a date lined up but unfortunately I had a clash so let him know. Rather than reschedule, this eliminated me from the process with some passive aggressive statements around pity as it was his boss who had personally selected me.
They were also extremely evasive on salary.
All in, for a company whos website says "centred around you" they came over very much as "centred around us".
A search around other review sites returned poor scores so probably a bullet dodged there and I'm not the only one.
