We booked the ticket through them, they cancelled the ticket used the money but not refunding us . Due to medical reason we had travel plan to nz. Trusting them costed no visa and we eneded up paying additional money to buy another ticket . Still waiting for our money . The person avoids all calls in spite of police complaint given .
MeraVacation booked and subsequently cancelled my flight ticket without notification; I only discovered this cancellation when my Australia transit visa was rejected. Despite approximately one month having passed, the owner, Nishanth, has neither returned the funds owed nor responded to communication attempts. This lack of accountability and professional demeanor is extremely surprising.
