NOT ABLE TO SELL inherited MBGYY stock FROM 4 years ago;

inherited MBGYY stock 4 years ago; have been trying the last 2 years to sell it through EQ; i've already written 1 star reviews for EQ ClownShowbut now it appears the folks at Mercedes are also to blame for 2 years of frustration; Mercedes folks dont pick-up the sell order from EQ or if they do, they find something wrong and dont honor the sell request - but EQ can never relay to me exactly why the sale couldnt happen; so there's 2 teams of Clowns - 1 in new york and 1 in Germany; are their dealers like this? unable to provide assistance to owners? in this case, stock owners; SELL MY STOCK; that's it; TWLL ME WHAT IT TAKES TO SELL MY STOCK;' i wonder if the German Clowns hear the same music as the EQ clowns, ZERO STARS ; LOTS OF CLOWNS;

Steer clear of Merecedes EV’s

Extremely disappointed with the poor quality of Mercedes Benz EVs.
I have a 2022 EQA with full MB dealership servicing and only 36000 miles on the clock.
Just been informed that the electric motor has failed with a price tag of over £6000 for parts and fitting. There are currently no replacement motors in the country and I will be without my car that I have to continue to pay for indefinitely!
The electric drivetrains motor is expected to last well beyond 37000 miles under standard consumer expectations.
I stupidly went for a MB thinking I was buying a quality car, turns out that is not case anymore. Substandard parts just with a very high price tag as it has a MB sticker on it. Should have gone with the BYD. Lesson learnt really poor show for Merc, really poor!

Disappointing experience with Mercedes

Disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz and Louzao
I bought a new Mercedes EQA in December 2021 and it currently has approximately 110,000 km.
I want to be totally transparent: I skipped the reviews for the second and third years, but the vehicle has never been taken to any workshop outside Mercedes-Benz. All repairs have been made at Mercedes Louzao.
In March 2026, there was a noise when turning and I took the car to the dealership. After reviewing it, they had to replace the palier and the two axes, a repair that cost me almost €3,000.
A few months later, a notice of electrical breakdown began to appear in the box. At first it disappeared, but later it began to appear almost every day. The car was still working normally, but I decided to take it back to Mercedes Louzao for diagnosis.
After several days I was told that the electric motor was broken, with a repair cost of approximately €6,000.
We are talking about a new EQA purchased, about five and a half years old and about 110,000 km. In a few months I have found two major repairs and about €9,000 in costs, something that I consider very difficult to accept in a vehicle of this nature.
Finally, Mercedes-Benz decided to take over 50% of the cost of engine repair, which I appreciate and appreciate. However, given the circumstances, I believe I expected further involvement and support from the brand.
I have also become aware of possible campaigns related to certain EQAs manufactured during these years, so I consider it reasonable for Mercedes to clarify whether my vehicle was affected by any campaign and, if so, why I never received communication about it.
I admit that I skipped the second and third year reviews and have no problem saying so publicly. But I also want to make it clear that the car has never been taken to an independent workshop or maintained outside Mercedes.
My disappointment isn't just about money. It is also because of the reliability I expected from a new Mercedes and because I had to face an electric motor breakdown with only five and a half years.
I am grateful that Mercedes has finally taken over 50%, but I sincerely expected much more from the brand.
A very disappointing experience with the EQA and the response to these breakdowns.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support provided by Mercedes-Benz Portugal and Mercedes-Benz Germany.

More than two months ago, I submitted a formal complaint regarding a serious technical issue that arose immediately after my vehicle had been serviced by an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer.

During this period, I have fully cooperated with every request. I authorised a complete gearbox dismantling, waited patiently for the technical investigation to be completed, and provided all requested information and documentation.

Despite the seriousness of the matter, neither Mercedes-Benz Portugal nor Mercedes-Benz Germany has provided any substantive response to my complaint. No acknowledgement of the technical findings, no follow-up, and no assistance whatsoever.

As a customer, I expected Mercedes-Benz to at least investigate the matter or communicate with the parties involved. Instead, I have experienced complete silence while my vehicle has remained unusable for more than two months.

I have always associated Mercedes-Benz with professionalism, customer care and premium service. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service departments of Mercedes-Benz Portugal and Mercedes-Benz Germany has been the exact opposite.

I sincerely hope that Mercedes-Benz will improve the way it handles customer complaints, particularly when they involve authorised dealerships and serious technical issues.

Five stars.

Five stars.
I was in a head-on crash that wasn’t my fault — a very bad one. The other driver is still in hospital. I walked away and got to go home to my children. I honestly believe this car is the reason I’m still here.
The X-Class isn’t just stylish, it’s genuinely one of the safest pickups you can buy — it earned a maximum five-star Euro NCAP rating and scored particularly well for adult occupant protection, which is rare in this class. It comes standard with dual frontal airbags, side curtain airbags, a driver knee airbag, autonomous emergency braking, and lane departure warning. In my crash, the cabin held its shape and did exactly what it was built to do.
I never gave a second thought to crash ratings before this happened. Now I think about it every single day. Thank you, Mercedes, for building a truck that brought me home to my kids.

10 years of loyalty, left without support when my car became undrivable -Authorised service, engine failure, no investigation, no support

I am writing this with deep disappointment as a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer and fan of the brand for over 10 years.

10 years of loyalty, left without support when my car became undrivable -Authorised service, engine failure, no investigation, no support

My vehicle was purchased from an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership in Croydon and has been serviced exclusively within the official network for the past four years, at significant personal cost. Shortly after a full authorised service, the engine suffered a serious failure affecting cylinder 1, leaving the car not drivable.

This situation has already caused me additional expenses and stress. What has been most upsetting is the response from management — I was blamed as the customer without any proper technical investigation of my vehicle, and made to feel that responsibility was simply pushed back onto me.

I am sharing photos so others can see what kind of “fault” could realistically belong to a customer who has trusted and paid for authorised servicing for years. The lack of care and empathy shown so far feels unfair and deeply disappointing.

I still want to believe in Mercedes-Benz UK, and I sincerely hope this case will now be reviewed urgently at a senior level and handled in a way that reflects the values the brand claims to stand for.

More Than a Car – A Psychological

Experience with Mercedes-Benz E 200 (2017)

Review:
I would like to express my deep appreciation for Mercedes-Benz in an unusual and different way, through a set of points that reflect my personal experience.

I will not speak about luxury, comfort, safety, elegant design, powerful performance, or advanced technology.
Instead, I will speak about the psychological impression that a Mercedes-Benz leaves within you.

I purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz E 200, model year 2017, from the local dealer in Jordan 🇯🇴, and I owned it for four years. This is my genuine psychological experience with it:
1. It gives you a feeling as if it understands you personally — something you will only truly realize once you own one.
2. It gives you a sense of loyalty, as if it knows you and recognizes you.
3. It makes you feel that it is not merely a means of transportation, but rather the most beautiful corner of your home — moving you wherever you wish with the same comfort and reassurance you feel at home.
4. Through its capabilities, it speaks to you psychologically, as if saying: Leave the road to me, with all its conditions, weather, and traffic — and you simply enjoy the journey, for you are under my care and protection.
5. Your emotional and psychological attachment to Mercedes-Benz grows stronger every time you drive it.

Finally, you will not truly understand what I mean unless you decide to own a Mercedes-Benz yourself.
From my personal experience, losing a Mercedes-Benz feels like losing someone dear to your heart — and I do not believe it would be easy to forget.

They don’t make them like the used to

It is so sad to see what was once a legendary company fall to such low levels of service and support for the inferior products they now market. This is no longer a premium brand and that is sad to see. Customer service from Lada or Dacia would be better. Best to try another brand .

Shame on Mercedes Benz Mobilo in Greece…

Shame on Mercedes Benz Mobilo in Greece and shame on me who for 16 years have been doing regular annual services at authorized garages

The 2007 CLK 200 that I have at Agistri island in the prefecture of Attica had its last service at EKKA authorized workshop in Kallithea Athens on 2nd April 2025 with a cost of 790 euros.

Suddenly it won't start. I asked for help on June 28, 2025, they gave me a case number and even today, July 4, 2025, they mock me every day without excluding the provision of service, they simply tell me sometimes that they are processing it and sometimes that they are waiting for a response from the boss ! !

But the reality is that they have turned the great Mercedes Benz into a small shop with cunning petty crooks ! ! !

My intention is for tomorrow 5th July to bring the car to EKKA Kallithea on my own expenses.

Brake Failure After Faulty Repair – No Accountability

Extremely disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz customer service

I experienced a serious safety issue after a repair at an official Mercedes-Benz partner workshop (C. Santos VP – Alfragide, Portugal).

My brake fluid reservoir was replaced during a service in August 2024, supposedly to fix a warning sound when braking. Just a few days later, my brakes failed completely during a trip through France – caused by leaking brake fluid.

Back in Germany, another certified Mercedes workshop told me the problem had nothing to do with the reservoir, and the original issue had likely been caused by unrelated sensor errors. The reservoir was replaced unnecessarily and – even worse – installed incorrectly, leading to a complete loss of braking power.

I reported this dangerous incident to Mercedes customer service right away. But what happened next was just as shocking: I received no answer for several months. Emails were ignored unless I followed up multiple times, and I finally got a generic reply after nearly 10 months – stating that they saw no reason to assist because I had "refused recommended repairs".

Not only is that claim inaccurate (I was explicitly told the car was safe to drive), but it also ignores the core issue: a faulty repair caused a severe safety risk, and Mercedes refuses to take any responsibility.

For a brand that calls itself premium, this is simply unacceptable. It’s not just about the money – it’s about trust, and I’ve completely lost mine.

Greedy business with shady business practices

A shadow of its former self. Cheap, plastic, overpriced cars designed for the Chinese (who partially own them) with Renault engines and basic features like extra/full speed and rear-wheel steering artificially locked behind additional payments (?!).

Mercedes-Benz is overrated..My Vito…

Mercedes-Benz is overrated..My Vito tourer 119, I got it brand new from March 2024(1 year leasing option),since March 2024 broke down 7 times. Was in the workshop for 3 times! Black screen, and then after 48 hours it won’t start. Recovery truck brings it to the workshop, did a software reset for this I waited for 4 weeks. With no car(only 3 days mobility car was provided). And 1 week after got the same problem. Until Today it occurred again.
-root cause of the problem was not fixed
-poor customer service, treated on very low priority, they just don’t care that customer goes through frustration because of a faulty brand new car
-Long waiting times
-after sales services is not a priority
-requesting for schedule takes minimum 4 weeks
-email support is not helpful, it’s either ignored or requests/complains are just declined
They refuse to replace the car as long as it is repairable?!
-my family and I bears the inconvenience every time it breaks down, when you need it..
-mercedes-benz just don’t care about it
-despite of the re-occurrence, they just treat it on a low priority
It’s just frustrating..

I was with Mercedes in Flensburg on…

I was with Mercedes in Flensburg on Tuesday 28.5.24 to get a new front logo for my Mercedes CLA (FL CK 3815). You regretfully did not have it on stock but I could pick it up the day after. I told the sales guy that I had to work in Denmark the next 3 days, then asked, if I could pick it up Saturday 1.6.25. The sales guy said, yes of course and DID NOT mentioned, I had to come before 12 o’clock.

I actually was at your shop at 12 o’clock and waited at the spare parts department around 10 min before a guy showed up, just to tell me that everyone at the spare parts department had gone home.

I am quite sure that means they went home before 12 o’clock.

I expect better service from a company like Mercedes and really disappointed and you probably lost me as a customer now.

EQE SUV door does not work without soft close

My experience with EQE SUV has been marred by a significant issue. The soft close door feature, present during the test drive, is conspicuously absent in the vehicle I received even though it is supposed to be fully equipped with all extras. As a result, closing the doors has become a frustrating and disappointing task, often taking multiple attempts, leaving me feeling like I need to slam the door like a Neanderthal on G wagon.

This problem has considerably diminished my overall satisfaction with the vehicle. I'm now contemplating selling it and exploring other options, possibly switching to a Porsche.

I hope the manufacturer can promptly address this issue by offering an upgrade to install the missing soft close function. This would greatly improve my ownership experience.

WARNING

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!!!!!
Absolutely Disgraceful and Disgusting service and treatment, bordering on contempt!!!..... Customer Service and Aftersales Service Me Hole….

I have been a customer of Mercedes for over 30 years and have purchased many new cars from them over that period. I always assumed they were professional and honourable in what they did and the products they sold.

However, based on my latest purchase, I am sick to the stomach of being fobbed off, ignored and driving rental cars!!

I purchased a new Mercedes GLC in June 2023 (£ 68,000 paid in full), had It for 2 days and numerous Fault issue came up. Agnew’s collected it and returned it the following week. A day later, the same issue arose again. Again, car returned and hire car given, this time for several weeks.
Over the last couple of months, I have been driving hire cars provided while they have been trying to resolve the issues with my vehicle. I have been fobbed off and told to complain to MB in Maastricht, which I did on several occasions. Again, a brick wall. Can’t comment etc!!
Two weeks ago, I was told by their Aftersales team, that they could not resolve the issue and were working to either refund me the money or locate a replacement new vehicle. I had a look myself and could not see any similar spec (AMG Premium Plus) vehicles available in UK, but did notice that the retail price dropped circa £ 3K for the same car in as many months????? At least it was progress.
I then received a call this week and was told that “because the fault is not safety related” the car can still be driven and they do not need to replace or offer refund!
So, I am stuck with a vehicle that I am confident would not pass an MOT with the fault notification reading in the dashboard and a car I have NO faith in. I have lost all faith in Mercedes, Agnew’s and their team. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed.
I do not want to get the same generic reply that they seem to post on all of the terrible reviews (83 in the last 12 months I noticed, just on this platform and they still don’t up their game!!). Agnew’s are already aware of it, the Mercedes HQ in Maastricht are aware of it and clearly don’t give a crap!
I am NEVER purchasing a Mercedes or Agnew Group Vehicle and suggest you do the same!

Shattered illusion of this company

So disappointed with this supposed prestige car company. I have a 2019 e class with 25k on the clock, warranty up last March. Because of COVID the car has hardly been driven however as you can see its gone over the warranty period. I broke down 17 days ago with a major part in the gearbox gone at the cost of £2,177 (they did pay 50%)but even so is it normal for this to happen in what is supposed to be a high class vehicle. I thought the least they could do was take the pandemic into account and, like a lot of other companies allow some leeway because it would have gone inside the warranty if it had not been for COVID. Also taking 17 days to rectify i think is a little excessive. I also have all my servicing done with them.I have lost so much confidence in Mercedes i will be selling asap. UPDATE, I HAVE FOUND THE PART ONLINE, GENUINE MERCEDES £168.00 WHAT A RIP OFF.
