Service

hi, i am a die hard fan of Toyota , I had during 20 years living in Canada Toyota vehicles being very satisfied.Since moving to Germany I found that service hier is disaster Not of quality issue of Toyota but people around this band.It takes two days to find what you need. A disaster! These superfluous people have to go. Very disappointed, Jouri Koutsaev

sorry to hear about your poor service experience with one of our partnered dealerships. Generally speaking, you are not obligated to have your vehicle maintained by one specific dealership. Of course you can have your vehicles service performed at any local Toyota partner.
