Very disappointed

Very disappointed with my experience with Mercell.
I was sold a product that turned out to be irrelevant for my country and market, yet I was charged €803.52. When I contacted support, explained the situation and asked for a reasonable solution, my request was simply turned down.
For such a significant charge, I expected much better transparency and customer service.
