it is ridiculous, they post on instagram but dont have time to reply to their customers. I order back in January and have yet to receive it. 0 response from the company i tried mailing, Dming, facebook page etc.. Sorry for my bad writing im just so frustrated they even charge 10 euros for the shipping but the tracking doesnt even work properly
IMAGINE waiting since January?? They don't reply nothing they even changed their website name to be undercover on Trustpilot check their other Trustpilot with terrible reviews. Do not get fooled people do not buy from MERCH AMSTERDAM
