First, they sent me an unlocked statue with defective paint, in that case, they could manage the process. I was happy. But now my second unlocked statue also came with a paint defect, and they couldn’t answer me for a month.
When Black Friday was here, I ordered 3 mini sets and a pin set and of course, they couldn’t send me the most wanted set. They just sent me a refund, but no explanation what is about (which product), but I instantly felt I couldn’t get what I want. I was fast with the Black Friday order, and for few days the product was still available. And I couldn’t find the ticket what I opened about my case (This page doesn’t exist message in the link).

Ordered some items in the Black Friday Sale.

Waited a week with no response, emailed to ask for an update as it was taking some time.

Support staff CONFIRMED with me that everything with the order was fine and that i would be with me soon.

Phew felt so happy and relieved, was very excited for these products

The next day i get a refund email dumped into my account. No apology or reasoning, just a Paypal notification.

This was an awful experience of doing everything i could to try and get answers and being reassured, only to have it all be lies.

Items i wanted are now retired and will never come up for sale again.

Real kicker is after that initial friendly response confirming my order was on its way, i left a positive survey response that i now can't reverse.

What a joke.

I bought the jacket Fear/None of the 2022 championships on October 23rd and today October 28th it arrived 4 days early! Amazing! The material is beautiful, perfect size and super fast shipping! Very serious and competent. Thanks!

I ordered a spirit blossom Ahri mouse pad from them. The shipment was fast, but that's the only advantage - the quality of the piece was horrible, the lines all blurry and reddish. The famous fox looked like she had a stroke!
So I wanted to send it back and that's where the fun began. None of the links, either in the instructions for returns or in the emails worked. I occasionally find the link to generate the return scrolling through the website, and was able to finally initiate the process.

The ridiculous part is, although riot has a warehouse in Germany (that's the sender's address), I had to send the parcel back to the Netherlands at my own costs! Which, together with the costs for the original delivery, is 21 euros, and the mouse pad itself costs 26. I'm very disappointed, will never order there anything again.

And you can't even leave a review to the goods or the service on their website - nice 👍

A few days ago I bought the Ahri Unlocked statue at the Riot Games Merch Store. I watched all the reviews on this and other sites before I placed my order and noticed that a lot of people complained about the long delivery time... Keeping this in mind, I order the Statue and by surprise, it was delivered in Less then a week! After opening the box I only noticed a bit of damage (tiny spots and scratches) on the cart that was included with the statue... I don´t know how this is possible but the statue itself was in perfect state. At the end I´m very pleased with the service and fast delivery! Thank you Riot Games and Bpost for the quick delivery! Just in time for my birthday :)

Ordered december 6th. It was written they deliver before Christmas, my order arrived 8th january.

I had to write to riot merch support to have news. I've never received any automatic update about my order. Around 15 days after my order, the support team told me they canceled half of it because there was out of stock (no email update for this). Had no time to order something similar before Christmas.

Many days passed after Christmas, still not updates. I asked for canceling my order, because I will be abroad in january. They refused.

I have ordered a backpack and a t-shirt and my package never arraived, tried to contact their customer support and they said it's not their responsability and I should be the one to deal with the courier issue

This will be my second order from this site. I am a big big fan of league and love the look of their merch. Since December 2020 I have had my eye on 4 items that haven't been in stock. In February, one of these items finally came in stock to my delight, so I hit add to cart right away. I understand there were some delays mentioned on the site but I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my item to be dispatched, even more annoying and terrible that has lead to this review is that my partner ordered something for himself 3 days ago and it has already been dispatched, way before my own order from 3 WEEKS AGO. I have messaged someone via their ticketing service and have waited almost a week for a response from them also. Absolutely terrible priorities. Still to this day the item I bought is still showing as in stock so I don't understand what the issue here is.

I was buying some presents on the merch store EUW for my Christmas presents, and I accidentally wrote my old postcode down. They sent me updates any point they could, always made sure they were friendly and were really lovely people. The support system is really nice. The products aren't too bad priced either, always good quality.
