Clearly this is a scam. They take your money and the item never arrives. Received a chargeback from my credit card company after 30 days. Would advise everyone else who’s been scammed by these folks to do the same.

Possible scam website. An item did arrive but it wasn’t what I ordered, what arrived was a cheap hoody, not the premium fleece that was ordered. Merchant did not respond to multiple emails. Save your money.

I placed an order to be delivered at Bayes Business School during my residency week. The merch never showed up, they never bothered to answer (or even acknowledge any of my emails).
TOTAL FRAUD/SCAMMERS.
I wish I had checked the reviews prior to placing an order.

I had an awful experience with this company and would strongly advise against ordering from them. I placed an order months ago, but they failed to deliver the correct item or issue a refund despite multiple follow-ups.

After weeks of waiting, I was promised the item would arrive soon, but it never did. Repeated emails went unanswered, and when I finally received a package, it was the wrong item entirely. Even after raising a dispute, they refused to resolve the issue.

Their communication is nonexistent, and their handling of orders is completely unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable company.

This company is a scam merchant. DO NOT purchase anything from this vendor. They will not respond nor will they send your purchased items.

The absolute WORSE communication I have ever experienced.

Ordered a pink t shirt 3 months ago. After the first month, ZERO reply. After chasing up 3 emails, got a two-line sentence: This item is usually shipped within 3 weeks.

3 weeks passed still nothing.
After contacting them again, and hearing yet no replies, I have taken action and requested Mastercard to undertake an investigation and Chargeback to this company. This process is underway and I'll at least recover all my money.

Whilst this is going on, I randomly received some weird item through the post stuffed in a black bin liner with my address labelled on it; no postage From name,, no order number. And it was an old scruffy used black sweat shirt with some other random university name on it. CLEARLY not a pink t-shirt.

I wrote to them a week ago querying this - nothing.

Done with them now. Will wait for my Mastercard investigation.
I have now also initiated a subject access request to force them to disclose information regarding my order.

I will also be writing to Consumer Protection rights organizations.

I URGE others who experience issues similar to this to take it up with their credit card companies. The more reports of Merch4Change's fraudulent actions, the more cases will be built up. This will result in CC companies revoking their merchant services and forcing these cowboys to go out of business.

I have informed the University of London student union about this organization.

Once again, Avoid, use Official partners and stay safe out there.

Horrendous. I am gifting this to my cousin in the US. I fly out next week and I still have not received my package. Status tracking says “order placed” . No updates. No responses despite emailing them. I would never purchase from here again.

This is a SCAM. Been waiting since September for my jacket. The tracking info shows it was sent to mail recovery Center and yet no refund has been issued. No response from seller

Not received my order from them ordered 31.8.23 said two weeks delivery for my sons hoody still waiting. I have sent 3× emails as wajted to change from medium to large but no response to aby of the emails was actually thinking its a scam but looks like others recvd order late so maybe we will. Would definitely not recommend.

Placed an order 21st July - website stated 2 week delivery. Asked for order update 16th August, no reply. Asked again 30th August, no reply. Today is 7th September and having received no contact at all from the company, I have asked my credit card provider to refund the transaction.

I went to the same business school as the creators and wanted to support their business, so especially disappointing to see how poor the service is.

The quality of the product is really good but delivery took well over a month whilst on their website it states it will take 2 weeks. Also the communication from the company is terrible… they took three weeks to reply to my emails after I followed up three times. If the quality wasn’t as good as it is I would give it a lower rating but the quality definitely makes up for it.

I ordered a university merch hoodie on the 8th of April, it only arrived today. The product is amazing, beautiful colour and very high quality, nothing bad to say about the product. I rate the experience 3 stars because of the poor communication. They take a very long time to reply to emails. The shipping was the major issue, it took over 1 month to arrive which is unacceptable given the promise of delivering within 2 weeks of the order. The only saving grace is the product which is high quality and very comfortable. If they improve their communication and shipping, it would be a 5 star experience.

Absolutely horrific experience. Firstly, I placed the order on the 25th of Nov. On the 6th of Dec, they emailed me to ask what colour I wanted, when I clearly selected the colour I wanted when I placed the order. Then it takes another couple of weeks until the parcel is out for delivery. The parcel is said to be left in my mailbox, however, it was left openly in the lobby of my apartment building. Most likely, this has been snatched as it was not there when I got back home. I emailed merch4change for a replacement and they stalled for 2 weeks only to eventually tell me to contact the delivery company. I would think twice before placing an order with them. If anything goes wrong you will be subject to appalling customer service.
