CRS computers CRAP
I was looking at purchasing a refurb Imac, I called Groupon and explained this was a xmas present and obviously won't be used until xmas, if anything wrong can I send back, YES they said definitely, so I purchased it arrived my son loved it but it did not work properly, so I contacted Groupon NO PROBLEM they said you can have a refund they said, CRS do not have a contact number so all through email, it's a joke half the time they never replied so had to go through Groupon, when I finally got an answer I could not send it back as I had had it over 30 days, I explained I had spoke to Groupon and they guaranteed a refund if no good, BUT NO, I'm stuck with a awful product cannot get a refund what so ever 😡😡😡😡
