Beware of Upcharges the First of Every Year

First and foremost, for the past two years I have been accessed with a huge annual fee the first of each year. Then a quarterly PCI compliance process is required which never seems to be done with satisfaction thus resulting in additional monthly non-compliance fees. No customer service response to help you through the process and when you do get someone, they don't seem knowledgeable about the problem or your contract.
