Great company, did a lot of work with them years ago on a couple of artists and recently reached out again when another company completely let us down, Merch Asylum smashed it out of the park on a really tight turnaround and we were really pleased with the finished product. The process was slick and simple, customer care was stellar and all this for a small run that wasn't really worth their time and care. I have decades of experience working with merch companies here and internationally and I would thoroughly recommend Merch Asylum.

Fantastic experience! Super friendly help from Jay, a 24 hour turn around on an emergency T shirt print job! He was efficient, professional and the T Shirts were exactly as we wanted and he even managed to get them faster than we had even hoped meaning a small band on tour didn’t miss a night of sales. Will definitely use again, highly recommend them.

A great company who went the extra mile to give me all the options and quotes when it came to selecting the right thing for me. They beautifully printed my designs onto apparel for me and I know they will go down really well with my customers!

Both Jay and Dan were excellent throughout the entire process and we're really happy with the final product.

This was our first time getting anything printed/embroidered, and Jay was patient and knowledgeable. The team picked up on anything they thought wasn't quite right and double-checked before proceeding. We found this very reassuring as first-timers.

Cannot fault the service at all, these guys were prompt with emails and responses and took care of everything we requested. They even gave advice on T-shirt quality and image quality. Delivery times are extremely speedy, prices are the most competitive I’ve come across and more importantly the quality of work is always first class.

From start to finish, Merch Asylum were professional, communicative and easy to work with. After working with the same suppliers for a few years and not always receiving the quality we desired, we felt the need to up our game and seek out a new supplier that could provide top quality T-shirt printing. The results are just insane, all of the details in the designs have been printed perfectly and the quality of the garments themselves are so so good. Choosing to work with Merch Asylum was a great shout and we'd recommend them to anyone, whether it's a large or small order. Fantastic communication from start to finish. A big help throughout the process deciding what products would work best for my brand. A super quick turn around with top quality products delivered.

I used Merch Asylum for the first time this February on the back of a recommendation and I can fully back the rec to use these guys. From the get go all communication was super clear, and they were amazing at working with me and asking for a million different quotes.
I received my t-shirts so quickly, I cannot fault the speed, and as for the quality? Absolutely unreal, printed perfectly, packaged great, I truly couldn't pick a single fault with this experience. I'll 100% be using them again!

Just recieved my second order through from Merch Asylum. Jay was super helpful through the order process (I can be a bit dense when it comes to image formatting for print purposes) but the designs came out great and a day ahead of my scheduled delivery.

MA just make it so easy. I’ve been using these guys for a number of projects since 2020 and they’ve always offered a great service in consultation before ordering and during the production process - they will always make sure you’re happy with everything before proceeding with each step. They’ll never do anything that they’re not happy with either as they care about quality.
I’ve had them producing many things including printing, nape printing, custom labelling, embroidery etc. and have never once thought to use anybody else especially for the rates they offer.
I’ve used them on many occasions with only ever having two or three minor issues that were quickly resolved every time and never detrimental.
They’re particularly great for doing artist/band merchandise - I’d highly recommend getting the manufacturer labels removed and replacing them with nape prints as it shows you will go the extra mile to make your merch look cooler and is super appreciated by the consumer.
Every time I work with a band they’re always so glad that they’ve paid that tiny bit extra instead of using the cheapest options.
Most importantly, they’re a great bunch of people you don’t mind giving your money to. Will always come back to these guys.
