Both of the Serpentina albums sent to me, skip so badly they are unplayable. After ordering a month before Christmas and receiving extremely late, (almost 2 months after order was placed.) What a pathetic disgrace of a company. Complete let down from the service, the products and this entire experience!!
A scam company as far as I can tell. The product I ordered was notified as “back in stock” so I ordered it immediately. A couple of weeks later, there was no sign of it being dispatched. I emailed to be told it was due for dispatch at the end of Jan (so that’s six weeks after I was told it was “back in stock”). It was then allegedly shipped at the end of Jan. It’s nearly March and it’s still allegedly sitting somewhere in a USPS location. Given that the shipping cost to the UK was double the cost of the product itself, and about ten times what Amazon charges to ship small items from the US to the UK, I’m now convinced that this company is operating a pure scam. I charged the transaction back and got the refund approved by my card provider within five minutes. AVOID.
Bought a few items off there website because that's where you buy this events products..... I ordered twice about a week apart on the second order I noticed my order was given a shipped status the next day so it made me wonder about my first order.... so I emailed asking they apologized and said couple more days .....so my sept. 1st order still isn't at my house or shipped they even verified my order was in stock like it said on the website ......
