Fantastic Customer Service!

I recently ordered the Unheavenly Creatures Vaxis I book, though there were issues with printing and I had to get support through the website due to the damage, I received amazing customer service from Brooklyn. She was kind and considerate and expressed her concern and understanding towards my situation, and was quick to work towards a solution for me. I had never ordered from MerchNow before but the service that Brooklyn provided went above and beyond and she has secured a customer for life!

Amazing customer service!

I has a mishap with the shipping of some vinyls, however Lucille has been helping and is still actively helping me to figure it out and make sure everything gets shipped to me. This has definitely been one the best customer service interactions I've had in terms of communication and just being super helpful. It has been much appreciated!!

TLDR: bought rare cd, arrived in very good condition, support was extremely helpful, kind, and swift at fixing USPS' delivering issues.

Ordered a cd printed almost 10 years ago, of which very few could still be found for sale (and even then, only second-hand). Package was transferred to USPS which promptly messed up and the package went in circles for almost 6 months, and as soon as I contacted the MerchNow support staff (since USPS offered none for this kind of international delivery), the package was sent again (after being offered the choice between a refund or being sent the package again) and in less than 2 weeks' time it was delivered.

Really no complaints; the cd case has a little crack in the corner of the case, but I can't really cry given how long ago it was made, and how long and far it has traveled in an USPS van.

Refunds for pre-orders

I've ordered from two separate pre-order drops and not only do they take almost 3 months to ship but they constantly refund items. Pre-order items. Items that they already have a number that they need for. This new ICP Hallowicked drop, 2 sweaters were refunded in the span of 2 months. I just got my order today and the item I wanted most apparently sold out while I was waiting. Even though I ordered months in advance. MerchNow is horrible. Will only be ordering through the vault from now on.

Edit: I appreciate the info very much. As a customer it's extremely frustrating to be excited for an item and then be refunded 3 months later. I'd rather it have been sold out during my purchase than to be looking forward for it. I will update my rating. Clearly there are more forces at play here and MerchNow isn't totally responsible for the mishaps. Again, thank you for the clarification.

I apologize, as discussed previously, ICP uses a separate company for many custom items such as the jerseys- which the company has been backed up on by several months. This has made it impossible for us to ship by the original set deadline. We've updated customers via email every time we are given an update from them, but without a solid ETA on when they plan to get those done, the pre-order ship date that we set couldn't be met. Some items were refunded due to garment shortages and being unable to get products in- something that is also unfortuantely out of our control. Please know that the items you purchased didn't sell out- we just weren't able to get the blanks in due to backorders and garment shortages across many suppliers. We do our best to be as transparent as possible with our customers and let them know what is going on. We're really sorry about your experience, and hope things run a bit smoother for us with our suppliers so that we don't have to refund items that we originally planned on having stock for.

So this is my first time leaving a review on any form of subject matter outside of anything album related (and those are just YouTube videos requested by followers) but I felt the need to hop on here today just to talk about how goddamn COOL, helpful and easy to talk out a delivery issue (which was MY mess up, by the way) with courtesy of Brooklyn and her insanely AMAZING customer service. I ordered a vinyl record and had a mistake in my shipping address. Brooklyn essentially said too bad and was condescending and refused to help rectify the issue. She could have helped but refused to, waited for the package to be picked up and told me to "refuse" the package when it gets to me. Problem is it isn't going to get to me due to a typo in the address. So if you do have any issues with your order, do not expect any Customer Service. Not a pleasant person to deal with.

I have reviewed your email exchange with Brooklyn, one of our customer service representatives, and saw that you reached out to us initially in the evening, when we were closed. Brookyn replied to you the next day to inform and apologize to you that the order had shipped already and the mail was picked up for the day. Emails are answered in the order received, but sometimes it is not quick enough before our shipping department gets orders shipped out, I apologize for that. I do see that you provided us with an address that you needed the order shipped to, however when I checked the order I found that that is indeed the address the order shipped to. Brooklyn issued you a full refund for the order the day after you had reached out, and the package looks like it will be delivered to the address that you requested in addition to that refund.

There wasn't any unprofessional or rude communication in the exchanges had, the issue was resolved in a timely manner and Brooklyn was very patient and went above and beyond to fix the issue at hand, according to the email exchanges. If you'd like to chat more about this experience, please let us know and we'd be happy to sort this out.
