Really lovely delivery driver .Very efficient tell him well done.Delivered on time

I am a professional builder and have vast array of skills including building bespoke garden outbuildings in a wide range of building materials including timber.

I have just completed erecting one of this companies garden shed and I an disgusted with the product. The quality of materials used for floor panels, wall panels, roof panels and doors would frankly be better suited as firewood. Judging by what I've experienced in erecting the shed, I would confidently say when it comes to the fabrication of all components carried out at the companies premises, quality control is sorely lacking,
boardering on non existent. If you are considering investing in an outbuilding for your garden, think hard before making a purchase with this company. Their products are sold through various agents, so please do your homework. My advice is seriously consider paying just a little bit more and if you're using a tradesperson to do the job talk with him first. It might just pay dividends in the long run

Im absolutely fuming! Brought a shed from B&Q with the intentions of being delivered withing 14days. Went to book deliver and was given a date a month later. Ive spoken to 3people at B&Q and each time getting fobbed off.. computer IT issues or someone will call me back. Roll on to the day before delivery and it's cancelled! And guess what over another month for another delivery slot!. I shall be cancelling my order and not using this company again !!!

I ordered a shed, which arrived damaged (the front and back panels were completely snapped at the top). The company were so bad at arranging the replacement parts to be delivered, they couldn’t give me a date to expect them, only when I told them I wanted to return the whole thing for a refund did they book the date in for the replacement parts to be delivered. I asked if they could collect the damaged pieces at the same time but they said they would arrange this after. I am still waiting for these to be collected two weeks later. They are huge parts so not easy to dispose of myself, and taking up my parking. Really disappointed in the customer service received, the collection was booked in but they never arrived. Got in touch with the company and they still haven’t resolved! Would not recommend buying from here!

Told me wrong delivery date then when new date came through I telephoned and said could they put it to the far side of my gate where no one could see it and I knew it would be safe while I got back from work .i didn’t think it was a lot to ask after me losing a day off work I came home to this

I ordered a garden shed,I was given a timeframe via text to when it would be delivered which was helpful.
The delivery driver Alex.k was very friendly and delivered it with care. He was on his own but did a great job in a speedy timeframe and placed it where I asked :)

Alex K delivered our order today, left the product exactly where we wanted with no problems at all. Thank you

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the shed and the company’s response to my concerns.

The shed cost approximately £800, yet the timber supplied was of poor quality, with several pieces noticeably bowed. The roof timbers were also bowed, which has affected the structure and overall finish. This is not the standard I would expect for a product at this price point.

When I reported the issues, the company offered just £60 compensation. In my view, this does not adequately reflect the defects or the inconvenience caused.

As a result of the poor quality of the materials and the unsatisfactory handling of my complaint, I am now making a formal complaint and pursuing the matter further. I expected a durable, well-constructed shed and a fair resolution when problems were identified. Unfortunately, neither has been provided.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We ordered the shed at a very. Good price. We were given a delivery date and it was here 10 am on the date they said. Impressed with the way it was nicely packed on the lorry all secure. And the drive Alex.K.SO was excellent. Knew his job well, well presented and nothing was too much for him put it down our drive as my mobility is not good. 10/10 Alex ( happy chap)

Very efficient delivery by a friendly driver Alex K who kept me updated with ETA. All components delivered in good order. It was good to see him remove the windows from the frames as these were not fixed in place. Would definitely recommend.

Our delivery driver was Alex K he communicated the night before giving us an ETA, arrived the same time as anticipated. Friendly and helpful upon delivery. Great service.

This has just been a shocking process from start to finish. Firstly the order was delayed a week. Then, despite no notice, I thankfully spotted it had been moved from a Friday to a Wednesday when no-one was around. I then had to delay the delivery a whole month for another Friday that was available. After waiting a month, I had a call that it would be delivered at 5am on a Wednesday - aside from this not being a Friday, what company delivers at 5am?! I managed to negotiate it to be delivered at 6.30am on a Saturday, having to move around things so I could be available. And then, the company shows up on Friday morning regardless with no warning, whilst I'm in the shower. The delivery people then rearranged everything in front of the house, dumped the wood there which chipped the paint on the house, damaged a plant pot, and threw gravel all over the street. I can honestly say this has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had, and I hope I never have to work with this company again.

My shed was delivered, No knock on the door, just left by my skip on the front garden, then a text come through to my phone saying it will be delivered between 5-7 am, I didn’t get the text saying this until 6.30am, some parts of the shed are split. The quality is cheap and rough, also the travelling blocks are so hard to be removed that you could damage the shed as they must of put them on with a nail gun. Some nails were floating and not in the shed properly, some parts of the wood is warped and have gaps because of the poor quality of wood. I’m not happy with this and think it’s terrible with how it’s made, I wouldn’t order from this company again and Very discussed with how it was delivered and the poor quality.

Side panels were split which delivery driver took photos of. When contacting customer service they would not accept the drivers photo and insisted i sent pictures. Customer service very unhelpful. Poor quality and service

Given a date of delivery of 4 weeks and was told time of 7am to 7pm with a message of time in morning of delivery window. I get a message on said morning saying due to operational issues, of which nobody could tell me what they were I wasn't going to get my delivery as I had people coming following day I had to ca them to put them off which didn't go down to well. Then I get a message to say it was arriving in afternoon????, no more operational issues now.
Driver turns up calls me as he says can't find house after instructing him on where to go and what to do when he gets there, open gate back in father in house will move his car back to end of drive and lean against fence. Driver can't open gate neighbour has to open it for him... he then proceed to unload on front lawn without even knocking on the door
Driver calls me to say he has delivered it to the front and not at back because he is on his own and other people need their deliveries, when I asked him why he didn't do what I asked he was rude and said not in my description take it up with office and hung up on me
Will I use them again ...no I won't let's hope that the items are all there as the driver signed the receipt with a squiggle..... and I don't know what is what not good customer service in any way
