Absolutely appalling service. Prebooked a coach for an event, no contact details of the driver provider had to keep chasing. 10 mins before the pick up time I got a call from a driver and he says he can't make it due to traffic. I called the office and they told me they could get someone in 2 hours, I said that this was not acceptable, so they found a replacement.

The evening return coach that was booked didnt turn up and we ended up having to have three smaller minibuses who didnt even know where to take us !

This Company has rude office management staff that dose not care of the general public. two of their drivers were making an illegal U-turn in Tamworth, they had a bad road judgement and held the traffic for up to 15 min trying to do an movement which was not possible with coaches and ended up with out completing a turn that was not possible. The drivers were swearing and calling names at public that was trying to help them, however when I called the office, the management told be to mind my own business and put the phone down on me. called this number 018 27 517 36
