Was as easy as could be! Just signed up for service.. they contact you and get an appointment made! They show up (friendly and professional) hook up the hardware for your new blazing fast fiber! Then a week or 2 later they come back and put the cable in the ground! So thankful to not be using AT&T’s horrible internet anymore. Internet used to work sometimes… now it’s super fast!!!

The office staff answered my call promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It only took a couple of days before the crew arrived to install my internet. They were very polite, respected my home and explained each step they were going to take to install the product. One of the guys helped me set up my account and auto pay. The system has worked great with no issues.

Technician was early and was able to fix the issue quickly. He kept me informed of what was happening throughout .
Agent was fine but no repair until Wednesday. All ready out for over a week and no people available.
If I have a roblem they are quick to help me solve it

The guys were very friendly and professional. Explained everything before they did any work. They made sure I was okay with what they were doing. They did a great job.

They solve my issues in a very timely manor. And are very friendly and can speak English which is very important to me.
Definitely like it for the most part, but tried to work with you and are old supplier to keep our land line and got a run around from both you and broadband on keeping it.
Haven't had consistent phone service in the 15 months we've been with Mercury wireless. Multiple support tickets submitted. Two months ago called to cancel phone service and reduce the Internet plan. It did not happen. Called customer service again and they offered a $20 credit for what should've been $129 credit.
Internet service isn’t as good as it was when I signed up for it. It keeps getting slower. Now you want to raise my monthly fee.
