I ordered a product in March.
Today is middle of July.
Product is not received or money are not refund.

6 months on after repeated emails asking for a refund for a case that has never been delivered I suddenly get a shipping notification saying my case is on its way. It hasn’t arrived. Been over a week. I don’t want it, I bought one from Alcanside instead - they can be trusted. This lot are pure rip off merchants that have stole my money.

SCAMMERS! Never received my phone case. Multiple emails and no response. Looks like I'm not the only one reading the other reviews. AVOID

Requested a refund (accidentally order the version for the bigger phone). No response after weeks. Eventually found the additional guidance on the site that would seem deliberately constructed to conceal the key aspects of the policy. Could be a decent business but would strongly advise against engaging with this lot… there are also too many negative reviews on here to make me think I’m the only one with bad dealings.

No idea what is going on with this company. Could be a viable business but they clearly play games with their customers. In my case, requesting a refund that falls utterly on deaf ears via the email they ask many of the negative reviews on here to get in touch with. Feels like a complete scam - AVOID them!

Ordered a Phone Case and Wallet in September 2024, only got the Phone Case, chased and chased for the wallet but still nowhere, still no wallet. The Case looks years old already because the coating on the metal comes off in weeks. Poor Service, Poor Product. One to Avoid!!

I ordered 3 items, cases for my phone, airpods and a watchband. For some reason only two items arrived, which are really good, but simply you guys forgot to ship me the watchband

I WAITED 1 MONTH FOR THE ORDER & WAS TOLD I'D BE COMPENSATED FOR THE WAIT..
& NOW THE COMPANY ISN'T REPLYING.

Honestly i am so disappointed as i had spent £112 just to wait a month+ for the products. It was meant to be a gift but the time has gone way past that.

I ADVISE EVERYONE, this is an honest comment DO NOT shop on this website as you will 100% be disappointed.

Ordered the Alcantara iPhone Case + MagSafe Wallet - Space Gray Edition as a package with the aim to receive both as ordered. When the shipment arrived the Wallet was missing without any explanation or hint. I had to get in touch with them to inquire about the whereabouts of the Wallet. Was told that it couldn’t be delivered as they run out of stock. They were actually not able to deliver by the time of my order but didn’t flag it (otherwise I wouldn’t have bought). The email exchange was very sober and clinical. They don’t address you by your name and there is no email signature (no name, no email address, no telephone number) from them. Looks like automated messages. Still waiting for the Wallet. That purchase definitely was a one-off for me. The Wallet has arrived in the meantime, but it’s completely useless. The magnet doesn’t stick, and the wallet falls off very easily, and the credit card slot is so tight that you don’t get the card(s) out easily, if at all. I had to use pincers. For the bad customer service it was two stars before. For the useless product it’s now one star.

Top Quality case really good communication as I ordered the wrong one and realised later but they swapped it straight away

Review: I must have mistyped this item when ordering as I needed an iphone 14 not a 13 as sent.
Contacted Mercury London with the problem and the case was exchanged with minimum of fuss.
Would thoroughly recommend this company for alcantara phone cases as I found their service exceptional and quality superb.

Don't be fooled, you can get the same thing with the same quality for half the price..

Great ordering experience and product is fantastic, all round alcantara cover is superior versus cheaper ones with plastic edges which look poor substitutes

Unfortunately sent someone else's order in error.
The only way to resolve and get my order was for me to pay to send it back. Which meant their error cost me to return + a trip to the PO.
My initial order spend was enough to qualify for the free shipping.
Not the best way to go about customer service.

The iPhone / Airpod cases don't fit.
Been sent the wrong product(s) on two occasions, now the 'correct' cases don't fit. Team are refusing to action a refund within the 14 days statutory period for a completely unused kit.
Thought these looked like a half-professional outfit, obviously just a few lads chancing it for a quick buck on imported goods. Worth avoiding...

Good quality fabric. Charging port hole too small and will only fit some chargers if forced in. Metal surround for camera seems to be made from soft metal and badly damaged already despite no big drop of the phone
