In December 2024 I contacted Mercuryo support regarding
a discrepancy in my BTC wallet balance.
My account:
BTC address: 35ptzSUXsFmnE51uW3441iMzkGnBrWyoTX
Ticket number: 9LW93Y-VZ01J
Blockchain clearly shows 0.02300287 BTC on this address
(verifiable on mempool.space). However, Mercuryo's system
only reflects 0.00003165 BTC — a significant discrepancy.
Support agents Kirka, Dave and Natalie acknowledged the
issue and escalated it to the Tech team on December 17-18,
2024. Natalie confirmed: "This is being investigated now
by the relevant team."
That was 7 months ago. Since then — complete silence.
No update, no resolution, no explanation.
I have full access to the account email, Google
Authenticator, and all transaction details including
TxID: 1ff210fa5231b780b2aa4f5d1960eac07f0d4267e35e00fcff8fbc454643807b
I am requesting:
1. Status update on the Tech team investigation
2. Explanation of the balance discrepancy
3. Return of funds to external wallet
If no response within 14 days I will file a formal
complaint with the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit
(FIU) — Mercuryo's primary regulator.
I am open to resolving this directly. Please contact me

Money is withdrawn from my account but no usdc.
It has been like this for 2 days and in their last email they informed me that there is a problem and they don't know how long it would take, may be 1 hour or 5 years, no body knows.
I asked fot time line or refund and cancellation of my order but never get any of that

My issue was solved with a refund.
Changing to neutral 3 stars as i took too long time, support was not easy to reach. Most of time I got an update email saying we have no updates and we don't know when we will solve your problem and we will update you as soon as we have something
