Words can't even express how grateful we were for the team at Mercy for their help during such a difficult time. They arranged everything so efficiently and respectfully, keeping us updated every step of the way.

Sadly, my father passed away in Egypt on holiday and I didn’t have a clue where to start at such a tragic time with trying to get my dad back home to the UK. I contact Mercy Funeral Home who literally took control of the full situation. Everything was done promptly, WhatsApp updated all day every day to ensure I was updated with everything. Mohamed, you’re amazing and so is your team. Mohamed did everything he could to answer my thousands of questions. He’s nothing short of a great guy. We was also so worried about costing due to insurance not saying out and Mohamed made sure he looked after us. Amazing price, staff are very consideration and empathetic. Within 3 days, my Dad was collected from the hospital I. Sharm-El-Sheik, took over to Alexandria, Cremated my father and they kindly delivered my father back to my Mum who waiting in Egypt resort until everything was completed. We now have my Father back with us, thanks to Mercy!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

This company was recommended when my father passed away in alexandria Egypt , all legal documentation and process of transportation was handled professionally, ethical and most important legally . My mother died in the Nile hospital Hurghada. Mercy Funeral organised the trasport to Zürich, the dead certifation in hungarian and german lanquage, the burning in 6 days.
Its,a wunder. I cannot belive it, but they make it very professionell and very fast. The best company in egypt! And very good price! Thank you so much!!!

They were really helpful with everything, i was always was given Updates when calling them. It was a really smooth process and i could focus on mourning my loss.

My mother died on 5th January 2025. She was a British National resident in Egypt. Mercy were wonderful from the very first phone call. We were unable to travel to Egypt sadly. However, they organised all of the relevant paperwork required including contact with the British Embassy in Cairo. The level of regular communication throughout the process was wonderful and our wishes were listened to. The service and burial for my mum was caring and reverent. We feel reassured that our mum is now resting in her beloved Alexandria.

Unfortunately, we have suffered a sad loss. Thanks to Mohamed's great support, a lot of things were made easier for us. He could be reached at any time and every question was answered. He helped us with the documents for the embassy and took over the work. We were promptly and respectfully informed about every step. Thank you very much for everything, it helped us a lot during this difficult time.

Mohamed was very instrumental in working with the hospital and the embassy to have our sisters remains picked up from the hospital and processing the necessary documents to have her remains brought back to the United States. Mohamed always responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner and was very professional as well. Mohamed handled the necessary documentation to achieve all this and have her back to the US within 9 days of her passing. Mohamed was in constant contact with us through what’s app. I was also always able to reach him by phone as well. We would highly recommend using Mercy Funeral Home in Egypt and Mohamed. The Services was beyond excellent specially in a time of grief, we have been informed on all the steps and the fees from the first time we communicated with the company , as well the exact schedule of processing the cremation from collecting the body in Hurghada, proper transportation to Alexandria, permit to cremate and other permits, proper decent cask collecting the ash, obtaining the local and international death certificates as well the health certificate and be permit to travel with the ash abroad.
All what I can say “TOP” services and professional company , I would like to tell them THANKS for all the excellent services they given to us.
