Dashcam VW Sharan 2 7N
Mercylion has seemed very professional to me. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. The dashcam arrived within a week, very well packaged and with everything needed for installation (it even includes some extra parts just in case). The camera works very well and fits perfectly in my Volkswagen Sharan 2 7N. I definitely recommend it.

To provide additional clarity, our external GPS receiver’s product page (linked here: https://mercylion.com/collections/accessories/products/external-gps-receiver) already clearly states that the external GPS receiver is only compatible with all the Mercylion WIFI hidden integrated dash cam.
The external GPS receiver cannot be purchased separately, it needs to be purchased with the hidden wifi OEM look dash cam together.
When we initially received your order, we repeatedly confirmed with you that purchasing a separate GPS might be incompatible and prevent installation. You stated that you purchased a used Mercylion dashcam from eBay and confirmed that you only needed the GPS, leaving installation options up to you.
So, we shipped it to you.
After you received the item, you contacted us to note that the GPS receiver differed from what you expected. We immediately clarified that our GPS receivers are typically sold with our dash cams as a set; for customers who purchase the GPS receiver separately (like yourself), we include a 3-pin cable. We also provided you with detailed wiring instructions, explaining that the installation only requires connecting wires of the same color.
When you further indicated that the 3-pin plug was not suitable for your dash cam, we promptly offered to resend a direct-plug GPS receiver to you free of charge. To date, we have not received a response from you regarding this offer, and we remain ready to fulfill this reshipment as soon as we get your confirmation.

I bought an OEM dashcam for my Golf 7 and I'm very happy with it.
- The image quality is good—number plates are clearly visible.
- It fit perfectly, and the plastic casing looks great.
- I haven’t had any issues in the past month.
- Their support is excellent. I accidentally broke the casing the first time, and they sent me a replacement for free without any hassle.
Overall, it's a solid product with great performance and outstanding customer service.

Mercylion installation on Audi Avant
The Mercylion dash cam is just wonderful. The package presentation was above average and included everything from the installation manual, plastic removal trim tool, sd memory card and usb memory stick. Installing was not easy, but not extremely hard. If you take your time and practice your patience, putting in the Mercylion was pretty straight forward. (There's also some videos that can be seen online.) Fit and finish is topnotch, with no wires or equipment hanging from the windshield. Auto activation of the Mercylion dashcam is excellent whenever the vehicle is started or sudden movements while parked. View on personal cellphone is pretty good and I couldn't be happier with the overall product and performance. Thank you, MC

This was a very good end to end…
This was a very good end to end experience. From the beginning order the team provided ample communication to ensure the camera was the correct one for my car. After a couple back-and-forth with some pictures to make sure it was the correct part, the order was placed and was shipped very quickly. It arrived as expected, based on the tracking provided, and I worked with an installer to have it installed in my vehicle.

Great buying experience
Great buying experience, from start to installation. Order to delivery took 6 days - China to UK delivery address. Parcel very well protected; excellent packaging inside; good user manual. Only slight issue was how DIFFICULT it was to remove original Audi fitting. The installation videos all showed a release and slip off - no such luck for me! There is also a very small gap through which to thread the cables, which I failed to see at first. I recommend that future installation videos cover these issues more comprehensively. The quality of the dashcam videos is excellent. They are stored on a memory card for that just-in-case problem I hope never happens. Great buy and high quality product

I ordered a dash cam from mercylion
I ordered a dash cam from mercylion. I made a mistake in choosing the model when ordering. I wrote to support, they responded quickly and helped me correct the order. Delivery to the USA took about two weeks. After fiddling around with the dash cam for a bit, I managed to install and connect everything. I recommend this company's products.
