Cute products but customer service is non-existent, which is extremely unfortunate for returns when on their website it specifies a Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required for returns and is only given by emailing customer service. I have emailed 3 times over a month to the email indicated on their website for returns to return a product that didn’t have the quality I expected from the company and have never once received a response. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. I’d be careful unless you could care less about returning a product that you are unsatisified with the quality.
