Merlyn products are brilliant. In addition, I have spoken to the Merlyn twice in a decade and each time they have been exemplary.

I recently ordered a Merlyn Ionic Essential 1200mm shower screen which was delivered promptly. The shower screen is a beautiful piece of design and engineering. The assembly instructions were good, however as a novice DIY'r it did take some some time to work out how to put it together, however I worked it out and the finished product is amazing and I would strongly recommend this product and Merlyn in general- thank you

Had a couple of issues with an in-fold shower door installed 15 years ago.
Very responsive help from Patrick Brennan. He gave advice, but this didn't solve the problems. So immediately offered a replacement door. No fuss.
Door arrived very quickly.
Very impressive all round.

We had a MERLYN Series 8 shower installed a few years ago, with a family of five using this each day the seals had starting splitting etc, in contacting MERLYN and dealing with Patrick Brennan we have to thank Patrick for his splendid help and assistance in choosing and supplying us with replacement, well done MERLYN and in particular Patrick for ensuring us with a great service.

My home has three showers. I had a shower that was fitted badly 8 years ago and had never been used.

I contacted Patrick Brennan regards spares for my shower unit fitted 4 years ago by our house builder and their sub contractor plumber that omitted certain parts during installation, Patrick was extremely helpful and professional in resolving the issue.

I have a 3 panel (1 sliding door) Merlin 10 shower cubicle. It is 14 years old snd still in very good condition. I recently asked for some spare parts - previous ones had worn out due to fair wear and tear. I commend “Bill” who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the exact parts. And I commend the company for secure delivery in two days!!

Purchase a 1200mm siding door shower enclosure. This is an excellent product and needs 2 people to install safely because or the greater weight. I do have 3 comments for improvement regarding installation instuctions.
1. I would recommend screwing all the self taping screws into their locations first before assemble to reduce risk of screw damage.
2. the assembly guidance is written for a RH configuration and you need to study it carefully for a LH configuration.
3. Screwing the assembled enclosure into the recess is difficult for the magnetic side profile due to constricted space. It is recommended to use a 90 degree angled philips screwdriver designed for such restrictions and this should be made clearer in the guidance.
