The customer service very good and spares easily available and easily fitted

From my initial contact with technical support, I received a prompt response from Aidan, who quickly resolved my issue. Merlyn truly has an excellent customer service team—professional, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. This is exactly how customer service should be. I should also add that Merlyn’s products are just as impressive as their customer service.

“Spontaneous implosion” - who even knew it was a thing! One of the fixed glass screens of my shower cubicle blew up of its own accord in a house that was thankfully empty at the time. This firm could identify their product by the shower door handle and then we managed to trace which model it was. It was not old but was out of guarantee. I just needed to replace the fixed glass - but a phone call from Paul one day offering me the whole shower cubicle FOC came completely out of the blue. What a wonderful thing! Moreover the shower arrived in 3 days and was fitted around a week later.
I can’t thank Merlyn enough for their kindness and generosity in dealing with what was a truly shocking situation at the time. Their professionalism shone through.
I seriously urge people to use this firm - they and their products are amazing.

Fantastic customer service from Patrick. The problem I had was caused by my installers in my new house, they had been kicked off site. It was basically a botched job. I wrote to MERLYN for advice and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent a technician to review the installation and he managed to solve the problem and make the installation safe. All free of charge. Excellent Customer Service. A few companies could learn from this.

Love the looks and feel of our new shower enclosure. The only downside, not for us but our plumber had a nightmare installing it. We ordered a right hand opening one and the instructions only comes with left hand opening instructions which meant our plumber had to reverse and work everything out which made life difficult.

We had a new shower screen/ door but after buying it we changed the layout spoke to paddy with are situation and with in 30 minutes he had emailed us back with what would put are self made problem he had ordered the parts give us a delivery date only 6 days and that’s over Easter but to my surprise all parts we need are free of charge I can highly recommend MERLYN & paddy thank you very much

I have a Merlyn offset quadrant shower that was bought and installed in 2023. In cleaning the inside of the shower a plastic part broke in half. I identified the part as a roller stop and there are RH and LH versions so not being sure which one was damaged I contacted Merlyn directly by email attaching various images to clarify.
The response was instant and to my great surprise my Merlyn contact offered to send me a replacement foc.
A couple of days later I received several RH and LH parts from which I identified the right one and within 10 minutes the part was fitted.
Merlyn must be the only company I have ever dealt with in 60 years where they deserve to be top of the pile in terms of products, quality and customer service.
Very rare these days.

I purchased a shower door over 20 years
ago, it's still in great condition apart from discolouration of the door seals, due to natural wear and tear.
I contacted the technical department and they amazingly are able to send me complimentary replacement parts.

Had an issue regarding shower seals, no fault of the product. Jamie Cashin dealt with our problem with sound advice and patience. First class Jamie. For bathroom products we won't go anywhere else.

My shower is over 20 years old and still has the ‘wow’ factor. However when I contacted them I didn’t have an expectation that the company could help me with a request for plastic mouldings that have degraded over time. I received a prompt reply and once the shower model was established, I was informed that while the items are not in stock, they will be made to order and shipped out shortly. Fantastic customer service!

Extremely quick response to email. Problem solved and items ordered immediately. Patrick is extremely efficient.

I've contacted Merlyn several times over the years and the service has always been outstanding and the quality of the products also very good.
Spoke to Patrick and he was most helpful in identifying the spare part and getting it shipped to me.

Great non-slip shower tray at just the right height for shower wall panels without having to cut them down.

can't say a big enough thank you to this company. They sorted out some problems and queries we had (not their errors) so quickly - usually within a couple of hours. Probably the best company we've ever had dealings with. Aiden especially was outstanding with his friendly, approachable customer service. Merlyn you are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee.
