Disappointed. Reached out to MG requesting some initial gold bar/coin packages based on an investment value, as this is a service I've used with other bullion brokers. Even offered to go their office while in Dublin to meet and discuss investment options, no response. Instead, I chose to double my investment value with another broker based on their customer service experience. For me, it's all about the customer experience.
