From starting with Julius the sales representative who measured up as we chose from the extensive range, to the remarkable Mikhail who worked above and beyond, working tirelessly to to install our stunning new en suite bathroom. Communication from the company and all transactions were prompt as were deliveries & waste collections. They designed the bathroom well as it was only small, they helped us to choose fixtures and fittings suitable to have longevity and still achieve for us to have a walk in shower. Alex the fitter worked non stop for 5 days achieving a result we are very happy with. We would recommend Mersey Bathrooms to friends and family for any similar work.

Mersey Bathrooms are an excellent company.
Peter the fitter worked tirelessly throughout the en suite renovation and never stopped even for a drink.
My wife and I are so pleased with the finished product and are enjoying our new en suite especially the new shower.

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. The whole experience with Mersey Bathrooms has been a positive one. They are reliable, professional and I would 100% recommend them. Our fitter’s Anton and Mike were such hard workers and worked until 7.30pm to get it finished on day 5. Brilliant service!

Terrible and cheap work. After 1.5year bathroom floors is cracking and peeling. Man fixed the mirror to his height never asked me what placr I want, he was very tall therefore mirror is too high and my daughter struggles to see herself. When drilled into wall, drilled threw the other side of wall into my daughter's bedroom leaving holes in the wall. Check proces for what you order, women tried to sell me smaller touch mirror for the proce of large. Not recommended.

Excellent job done by the fitter Alek, worked non stop for 5 days leaving everywhere clean and tidy each day, would recommend Mersey Bathrooms to anyone so happy with my new bathroom

I would highly recommend this company. From the first time Arty came out to show me samples and give me a quote, the customer service has been outstanding. My bathroom fitter Vasily was amazing, such a hardworker. He was here on time every day and worked non stop. My en-suite bathroom looks amazing, he finished it in four days. If you are thinking of a bathroom renovation I would definitely use this company. The show room and staff in St Helen’s is fabulous, so much choice. I wanted to visit so I could see the panels on show, but you don’t need to as Arty does bring all the samples. Thank you so much to your team, can’t wait for my bathroom to be done now.

What a company, from start to finish couldn't fault them at all, lads were brilliant and made sure job was completed so I could get a shower in time for the race's. Didn't even want any drinks. Very hardworking

Exceptional customer service & quality instalment . Mersey Bathrooms had been recommended to us, we were a little sceptical at first given their quote was so much lower than the other 4 we had . We did our homework asked round and read all the review's. Everything was as others said, just brilliant .From the initial call requesting a quote to the time spent with my parents choosing what they wanted through to instalment everything was excellent . The team are brilliant , everything ran to schedule .The team doing the bathroom itself couldn’t be faulted - they worked none stop. My parent’s bathroom looks fantastic and they are delighted. We have Reccomended Mersey Bathrooms to a number of others . If you are thinking of using them then we don’t think you will be disappointed .

Our contractor was Laert, always on time and pleasant. He worked tiredlesly everyday and his craftsmanship was absolutely top tier.mersy bathrooms Ltd should be so proud of there hard working and knowledgeable contractors our bathroom is so refreshed and the end product is beautiful. Each end of day all rubbish was cleared and removed.thank you mersey bathrooms Ltd for an exceptional job done.

The experience from day one the visit to the shop to the man who came to measure up and the fitter they were all very helpful positive.
Communication was also very good lots of information and support through the time.
Workmanship high quality

Absolutely delighted with the bathroom. Had a full re-fit done Martyn was really good, professional and worked non stop to complete the bathroom within 4 days. The process was very simple. Sales rep comes to your house with all the samples, no hard sell. Once selected they give you date for re-fit. No deposit required. First payment is on the day the work starts, everything was delivered on the day as well. They took all the rubbish away. Second payment is split on the day of completion between the worker and Mersey bathroom. They were very competitive the best on the market and we did get quotes from different places.

I first contacted Mersey bathrooms in December 25 after viewing and reading numerous 5 star reviews online. The starting price for a full refit for a small bathroom of £3200 appealed, and my bathroom is extremely small. I had set a budget of 4.5k, as I wasnt fool enough to believe there wouldnt be add ons to that price, and so it proved. I was disappointed after spending 45 mins with the designer to discover that my budget was going to fall £500 short of the mark, and that included the low end wall panels, which were flimsy to say the least. The designer/salesman was up front and did not attempt to put any pressure on me to change my mind, and went on his merry way. Now you would think this is a very negative review, BUT no. Read on....

After a week or two, and contacting several other similar companies, I soon realised that for what I had in mind, total refurb, floor to ceiling, the price I had been quoted seemed fair, and in some cases substantially cheaper. So I upped my budget to 6K, and Andy the designer returned. Having decided on fixtures fittings , colour scheme etc, the price came in at a little over my budget, but we settled on £6000. 3 months later Vasily, working alone arrived in his car, no materials had arrived yet!! My wife and I were a little edgy, to say the least, but our concerns were short founded. He locked himself away in our poky little bathroom and set about dismantling everything, only emerging to carry out the debris every now and then. All materials arrived the following day. Vasily started at 9am each morning, leaving at 6pm every night. This guy was a giant of a man and a true workhorse!! But what was most remarkable about Vasily was his all round ability to carry out all elements of the work to an incredibly high standard. A true tradesman in every sense of the word. And so clean, neat and tidy. After 4 days the work was completed, and to say we were delighted is an understatement. We love our new (still poky😊) bathroom. Thank you Mersey Bathrooms, and a big shout out to Vasily👏
A truly 5***** review.

Excellent from start to finish. Bathroom was stripped and built in 4 days. Fitter was fantastic and left our home clean after each day. Bathroom looks amazing and came in thousands cheaper than other quotes even those i had from friends.
Today i had a small problem with a leak from my shower. Mersey bathrooms had a fitter out and fixing the problem under their 12 month care plan straight away which gives fantastic peace of mind and shows amazing customer support and care. I would recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having a bathroom build. 10/10 all round.
