Highly recommend.

I hadn’t heard of Merumaya until Sali Hughes included them in a review of small UK companies. I thought I’d try the melting cleansing balm as I love a good balm cleanser. Well, I have used a lot of very expensive cleansers and this has now gone to the top of my list. I’ve since purchased more and can see it being my go-to cleanser. If you like a balm to oil cleanser that does a good job of removing make up and leaving skin scrupulously clean but not dry then give it a go. I’ve also since tried the retinol and the beauty oil which are also both recommended.

I recently got a meeting with the owner…

I recently got a meeting with the owner Maleka Dattu... I was able to see the behind the scenes of their office (the living room and kitchen of Maleka). Anyway, they are all about empowering women but all the lady did was drag me down and hurry me up as if I was not worth her while. She kept asking me about prices of components and kept insisting I give her the CHEAPEST prices on the market.
I went back to the office and decided to purchase one of her products to see what her components are and I can tell you from an expert point of view - the formula on the eye serum is garbage, the pump will break (mine did) in 5-6 uses and the packaging is the cheapest it gets. For 33 pounds, I'd go with a brand that actually cares about people. I think Maleka forgot that I (even tho I was in a meeting with her from a supplier stand point) could also be her customer - hope she learns that you have to be polite in business no matter to who. Not only that but their website is FULL with preaches about equality and women-positivism, how is that ethical when even their own owner doesn't embody or practice that.
