Mes Demoiselles was definitively my favorite brand until today. I’ve never had problems with my orders, everything perfect, quality great, but this last time they sent over a stained dress which they are unwilling to refund me because they say I stained it. They keep saying that prior to sending the items they review everything throughly, but guess this time they didn’t do so. Now I have to pay for their error. Just told them it’s a shame that the brand has changed from my favorite to a no go.

I was a bit concerned about the reviews, but the shipping was fast and the product is excellent. Thank you for the complimentary shopping bag. It's a small detail that shows your attention to the customer. The packaging is also well-designed, perfectly in line with the brand's style. You've earned a loyal customer.

I have ordered many items from this supplier and I love the quality and style. However the last order I received a tee shirt covered in Jewell’s. I have worn it 3 times and each time several Jewell’s fell off. I have tried now for months to return it and their service is appalling. They won’t answer me.
I will never deal with them again. The tee shirt was about 140.00€. That’s about $200.00 Canadian.
Don’t go there.

Never received my refund for €308. I ordered a kaftan & never received it & still not refund since June! I have been emailing & calling but now no reply. Do not order from this company!

I've ordered a cardigan worth 395Euros (£310) and it is beautiful, looks as in the pics on the website and I've never been happier with a purchase. For anyone ordering from the UK please be aware that the import taxes/VAT will be charged before delivery, thanks to Brexit! I thought the import charges would be something like £30 for my order, but I've paid £105 on top of £310, so around 34% on top of the actual cost of the item.

This is a horrible company. I have never received the goods that I ordered. I logged a complaint and request to escalate this case politely. However, the CEO of the company rudely accused me of “harassing” their customer service for no reason.

After I reported this case, I was being threatened by CEO Julien he will take legal proceedings just because I truly gave them a negative review. And when I mentioned my disability he discriminated against it by making a comment that he believes I was using it for my own advantage. Please avoid shopping with this business.
