very dissapointed

I do NOT recommend

Very serious issue – no order, no refund, no communication

I am extremely disappointed with this company. It has been over three weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received my parcel.

I have contacted them several times via WhatsApp and email, but I have received absolutely no response. There has been no update, no explanation, and no refund.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve communication and respect.

If this issue is not resolved immediately with either delivery confirmation or a full refund, I will be forced to take further action.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Rinascimento’s online shop. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding a return, and not a single message has been answered. Complete silence.

On top of that, there is no clear or functional way to return the items. Without any response or guidance, returning products is practically impossible. This is unacceptable for an online store that claims to be professional and customer-oriented.

This experience feels careless and disrespectful towards customers. I will definitely not order from Rinascimento again and cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

I want to return my order

I want to return my order, but website does not let me create a return.

I have sent 10 emails, left contact request on website, called, whatsappt… vustomer service just does not reply. Never experienced this with a webshop before.

NO REFUND, NO UPDATES

It's been almost 3 weeks since I sent back the parcel, and there has been no confirmation email or any update from their side, only radio silence, despite several emails that I sent to inquire about this matter.

The return procedures are terrible

The return procedures are terrible, you get no return confirmation by mail and no return label available online. Then no reply whatsoever on several mails since beginning of June.
Their customer service is really bad !!!

Terrible return policy

Items were delivered quickly which is great, and are lovely as well. However, I want to return one of the items and do not get any response on where to ship my return to or whatsoever. Should receive an emailconfirmation, but I haven’t. Neither did I receive response on my request for customer support.
Disappointing.

Do not respond to return registration

I want to return my pants. I should receive an email with a label after registering for return. I did not receive this. They say if you do not receive this email you should urgently contact customer service. I have been traying to email for 5 days now but I have not received any response at all.

Not happy wit the online service. I ordered three articles: one of them (a shirt) was apparently used although the label was untouched. I would need to invest extra time for replacing the item since it arrived without one of its buttons, also no extra button attached to the label, and it had a stain in the region where the button should have appeared.
