Mine lit up all the lights, but never worked. So disappointed. 😢

I am very concerned by an email I've just received from meso. I realised I had ordered the wrong product due to medical reasons and I've just let them know after receiving an email to say " I am one day overdue the payment and to take the easy way out and pay now online" I am now really concerned because this seems like a threat to me. I hope I am wrong and the company understands that I can't use the product and as I've not paid it the product not sent to me,then its a no sale. I can only apologise to the company and I'm sure they're very good but that email didn't seem a friendly one at all

I have placed an order in November ([Order #7416] (November 20, 2022). Unfortunatelly since then nothing was delivered, and although I have tried several times to come in contact with them , I had not a response. I am not allowed to log in into my account all this period.
It is a fraud. I have already come in contact with E-criminal police dept.

Ordered product in June. Today is almost October - no product. Wrote multiple emails to the company - no response. Considering reporting this company as scam at this stage!

My experience wth this company has been excellent.
Prompt delivery, excellent customer service in answering concerns.

The machine arrived quickly, there was good communication informing me about my shipment and delivery. They also emailed me detailed information and videos on how to use the machine - I would recommend this company

I made an order worth 350$ its been more than a week and havent heard from them. I tried to email them but no reply! Apparently its a Scam.
Could you please help me on how I can report them?

I haven’t received any information on my order either I spent about $500.00 on products I messaged the email they had on there site and I got an email back saying it wasn’t a valid email.. so I have no way of talking to anyone with Meso.. I’ll give the product 5-7 more business days if I have not received it after that I’ll report it as well. It’s been a couple weeks.

Lack of communication. Trying to reach out regarding my order that was placed and payed 10 days ago. No luck on mails or web messages . I am trying to see if this was a scam and I should contact the authority . I will keep you posted.

Update- I just received email saying product was back ordered and will be shipped in a few days. Will keep you updated on the progress.

I have a really bad experience that they have delivery me the wrong product and they don’t admit it . They won’t reply the email . I don’t not recommend this website to anyone

My experience with this company is also very bad. No track number giving, order placed and payed by credit card on 11th of january and since 10days no information given, no communication, no item recieved. I want inform everybody to stay away also from this scammer. I had give also report on them to the bank.

This site is a scam.

I purchased the item on August 20, 2020, but I haven't received it.
Of course I paid.

I sent an inquiry message to the site, but no reply came in the middle

Because there is no phone number
I can't contact.

They do not ship or refund the item.

We do not recommend using this site. It's the worst.

placed an order with MesoPro and never received it. it was for over a thousand dollars. during the order process they would respond very quickly, after we paid them, we have been contacting them several times a day with no response, it has 19 days and no product. They appear to be a scam.

I would like to update my review.

I have received all my products I have ordered from MesoPro. They did not respond at first but after about a week they sent me a tracking number. If they would just continue to communicate after you place your order they could be a great company to do business with. Look forward to
future business.

So after a while of trying to reach out to the company I did receive an email from the team & they offered me a refund (which I received) & coincidentally the day after I received the email I also received my product in the mail. I check the shipping dates on the package & it seems that the order was shipped when it was supposed to be shipped & just got a little lost in transit. I am giving a 3 star rating cause it was hard to get on contact with their team members but it does not seem as though the company is a scam & was probably affected this covid situation.

I’ve been a customer of Mesopro for the past 2 year and must say they have a great customer service and super fast shipping. Any issue with purchase related have been resolved within 24 hour with a customer service representative Michael Thompson. He is really professional and attentive!

They do not apologize for mistakes and respond very slowly.

And it's an untrustworthy company that makes mistakes over and over again.

This is truly an amazing company. Their products are affordable and shipping is super fast! I had the chance to speak with Michael from their customer service via chat and he was extremely helpful in answering any concerns I had. I will forever do business with MesoPro and highly recommend them.

The product is delivered as expected and the staff is very helpful!
