I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday with a request to deliver them by lunch time, but the flowers were never delivered and I had to pick them up myself in the evening.

I have been really happy with Mester Grønn. I shop there a lot and only once i had to use the 'quality guarantee' right about a plant i bought. That issue has been sorted soon after i have send them an e-mail. Would happily recommend them

I'm not a florist but I know there should be a sponge inside flower box. I would like to add photos but it can't do that, i dont know why...
Flowers looks very bad and funny, it was supposed to be a great gift and it looked embarrassing.
when I wrote an email to master grønn, they wrote to me that they see nothing wrong with the composition.
definitely not recommend, cheat people.
