*Maneil is terrible*I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mestizo market. They sold me a product that was off, when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with a generic, copied and pasted email that completely ignored my concerns. This was sent by Manuel.
After weeks of no response, I had to chase them up myself, only to find out that the person ignoring me “Manuel” was actually a manager. I told him (via someone else that couldn’t speak English very well) I would escalate the issue to my bank if I didn’t receive a response, and instead of addressing my concerns, he simply sent the exact same generic email again.

This company has terrible customer service and no interest in resolving issues. I would strongly advise avoiding them if you value good service and accountability. It’s very embarrassing for a “manager” to show this severity of unprofessionalism.
Shameful and I intend to write reviews absolutely everywhere.

Visited recently with a friend wanted to have lunch there. Upon entering the restaurant a small piece of laminated paper was "shoved" into our hands by a member of staff. Said member of staff would not stop texting, would not engage, Unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional. Avoid.

Colourful authentic and friendly but the best is their restaurant next door. We ate there first time trying Mexican food and now I cannot stop thinking about it! Delicious definitely going back for more!
