Easy to start.
So much more information than expected for this program.
Excited to start.

The food is varied and delicious. The recipes are easy to follow. I can easily see myself eating like this for the rest of my life. I have lost about 2 1/2 kgs over the last 2 weeks, some I'm sure is water weight, and I am feeling lighter and more energised. The exercise program is very do-able and I'm already seeing tone return to my upper body. Tummy and legs are going to take a bit longer! The coach calls I've received have been very supportive and I'm looking forward to my next 10 day food guidance before I attempt to go it alone.

I've never seen a program that has done their homework, provides so much educational and clear content with highly educated presenters. The whole setup gives you the motivation you need. Great job!!

Everything is layed out very clearly and easy to follow. Good substitutions are given to make it easier and exercises are quick and effective. There are lots of options for me with my knee issues.

I am consistently losing 1 lb a day. I love the short workouts. Could use a lot fewer advertisements via email and text messages.

I realize we are flooding our bodies with good food. I know I would do better without all the variety of foods we need to purchase.
I have lost a few pounds. So that is good.

I just sat for nearly an hour watching a very boring, repetitive US sales pitch because I wanted to give the product a chance. What was covered could easily have been explained in less than 10 mins and I would likely have been more interested. Are they not aware of attention span these days? The long 'spiel' and over marketing meant
I decided to look at reviews before considering purchasing.

I am giving 1* because I have worked in Learning and Development for many years including Customer Service training and I always advise to look for and resolve trends in feedback. Well there are clear trends here in all the 1* feedback (which is higher % than 5* feedback!). Many are allegedly 'confused' and end up purchasing subscriptions, many aren't getting what they thought they would receive and many are bothered with marketing literature they don't want. If so many are 'confused' or disappointed, it is clearly the selling techniques and payment pages that are at fault, unless they are saying that the majority of their customers are stupid! If they're making no attempt to make it clearer then obviously customers will believe it's an underhand subscription scam!
So, Svelte, can you 100% reassure me that when I click ' Pay Now', I will ONLY be charged a ONE-OFF 29 dollar payment with NO subscription charges? And (as suggested in the video) for that one- off payment I'll receive everything I need to follow the 11 day weight loss programme, lifetime access, plus the 'free extras' - recipes and the exercise programme without having to purchase any sort of subscription or additional product?
I await your reassurance!

Amazing recipes, is new for me and I'm enjoying it.

On the videos and in the material it talks about meta foods or the best foods to eat together but the meals only have those foods once or twice. There are no special combinations. The food is good even though it is really spicy and repetitive.

Meredith Shirk positions her offer as simple and accessible but this is not for busy people. The content honestly is completely overwhelming. She promotes metabolic boosting drinks that are not available for the initial $29 - I have looked at the many many pdfs and keep think 'how on earth does a busy working person manage all of this'. Essentially I subscribed - spent about an hour trying to get through some content - and unsubscribed. Not simple, not for busy people and not really as promised.

I feel like I have been getting good workouts and I am losing weight. I feel like I am getting a little stronger also. This is a great place to getting started on your journey for a life style change. I even have my husband eating the food. It is real food that you are cooking. Not processed food. It is really good meals.

The only issues I had were with upper management. I do not think they adequately support staff and/or users. What happened with me was I bought an additional product and it was identical to one included in Metaboost. The costumer device reps are great and fast. They are caring and responsive; however, they cannot do their jobs effectively due to upper management. It took 8 days for me to get this purchase refunded due to upper management dragging their feet. The customer service rep told me how to go to apple’s report a problem page. From there, I requested a refund for an in app purchase. I did select an additional purchase to check the refund process and received a refund for that as well. Please better support your staff!!! They deserve so much better! Most the issues on this page could be solved with better upper management support. I had to escalate my claim myself with the assistance of the wonderful customer service reps. No upper management assistance.

As for Metaboost, I bought the $29.99 package and upgraded to the ultimate Metaboost package to get more recipes as I was not sure I was ready for a &50 per month membership. I have done the program for almost 3 weeks and I like it a lot. I feel better and look better. The food is good. I absolutely love the HIIT workouts on YouTube more than the isometric that are included. The isometric are fine. I understand the purpose for them in the 11 day intensive program as they don’t burn as many calories. However, I wanted to share that you may view many great FREE workouts on their YouTube channel. I love the free resources available. The trainers are great. And I’m seeing some results already.

So the Metaboost program is a 5.

Upper management is a 1. The average score is a 3. I know they are growing rapidly, so I offer them this with love. I hope they see this and choose to take actions to improve.

I was very surprised at how well this program worked for me in just the first 10 days even. It definitely seems like this program is sustainable. I wasn’t hungry during the Metaboost challenge like I thought that I would be!

Did receive the call today at 830. Not happy

Lots of value in materials provided.
Numerous follow up emails a bit tedious on my busy schedule.
I see value in coaching calls etc but time is an issue as well as the fact that I am a private person who prefers to work things through on my own.

Throughout the Metaboost 10 day challenge I found the program very organised, recipes simple and easy to prepare but most importantly delicious. The workouts were amazing as they were easy to follow and built up gradually enough that I could stay motivated. I also appreciated that there is a wonderful list of other options for ingredients as some items may be either out of season or not available where people might live.
I am on day 7 of the Metaboost challenge and really enjoying myself in the process. I feel revitalised, am sleeping well, no fatigue and losing weight.
There is no way to thank Mere, and all who have made this program possible, enough. I am finally getting my body and life back since having my first child almost 19 years ago.

Vanessa has been very supportive, she is encouraging, and very helpful. The support and wrap around system as a whole makes me feel confident that I will succeed.

The program has helped. All recipes I've done are good tasting. Except the elixirs. But your always being offered new ways to spend your money on programs.

I purchased the Metaboost Challenge and am on Day 5 of the Belly Blaster section. Half way! The resources were easy to use on the app, on the computer and to download especially for recipes etc. The exercise videos work well too. However there are so many of the tricks on the original app about drinking certain foods daily that never appear on the recipes and resources that leave me wondering. And the Facebook group isn't private for participants; everything shows publicly I'm told so I haven't posted. Also lots of sales pitches by phone and email that I'm not interested in. Hard to respond to the coaching deal when I hadn't even started this challenge. Oh well, I think the information is good and hopefully I'll lose a few pounds by the end and have learned some new tips to apply to my daily life.
