Purchased a product containing large amounts of vitamin B six which is associated with nerve damage. Wasn’t told anywhere at the time of purchase and tried to cancel the order before it left the warehouse. This was refused and I was told that if I sent it back I would get a refund. This was weeks ago. Australia Post has confirmed they have received the product back and now they are not answering my emails and no refund has been received..
