If the service falls below one star, I would rate it for individuals who pressure you to pay after you have completed the level of work they promised. Their initial promises are so disappointing that they claim to be working on it, only to deliver childlike PDFs that are nothing compared to what they presented themselves as. When you call them out on the lack of communication, they resort to berating you, which is utterly disgusting.

I have never worked with a disorganized and corrupt company in my life, I gave them 2 books to format and publish.
They promised that within 3-6 months I would get 3 times my investment, That was over a year ago and they have not delivered paid over $1000. communication is almost nonexistent, They changed the manager of my project 4 times and each time they would start over the 4rth guy said he would help me and mske sure I had control over all the social medea postings, he said he would check and get bake to me in 30 min. to an hour. It's been over a week so I've been texting him with no results so I called them, left a message but still no response so I kept calling and the manager picked up finally.
He said that time had run out for doing anything mor on my project so I would need to pay another $425 to continue I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS!
That was it I told them to forget it and take down every thing they did, delete the web page and any social media posts because they are the only ones with control I have to wonder since they didn't use my banking information who was going to get the royalties,
I have a lot more to say but I have to save some for my Lawyer'

I am so very sad and dissapointed by how Michelle Waterson has leveraged me to pay for promotions to Barnes and Noble for 600 books and promised me 30,000 books sold from a Times Square ad.
I have spent over 10 thousand dollars with zero returns and they will not send me Amazon royalties.
They have taken my money and ghosted me.

Meta Ghostwriters did an amazing job taking my raw manuscript and converting into a published book. SHE AND HER PEOPLE HAVE THE TOOLS FOR THE JOB AND KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY - THEY CARE! MARIA AND HER TEAM WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO-TO CREW WHENEVER I HAVE A PROJECT! It was, and still is a pleasure working with Meta Ghostwriters Publishing. I found that Paul Mathew was very helpful, and accommodating. Any questions I had regarding my project, He made sure that I was connected and directed to the proper department. In addition, he walked me through each step that I didn't understand.
