I love the lotus flower I purchased from MetalPlex! It was easy to install. The customer service was superior to other companies I have ordered from. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I sent an email to them and explained my error. They corrected it immediately and very graciously changed my order to the color I wanted before it was shipped out. I highly recommend doing business with MetalPlex!

Everything was great! Love the artwork.

Would not order from MetalPlex , poor customer service, just copy past response, they obviously only care about taking your money and not helping there customers.
4 months to get a response, they would rather just brush it under the rug and hope I go away, then provide excellent customer service.

I have to say the products are beautiful, I just purchased two items and very pleased. Delivery was prompt and packaging was very well protective of items mailed.

Places an order at the beginning of December for a Xmas gift. It arrived the 27th ok whatever. Then it was broken because it was not properly secured in the box. Replacement was sent. The Replacement was missing the light I paid extra for. At this point I am done and want a refund. They say they don't do returns because the items get broken in shipping. So they can give me 20% refund which doesn't even cover the cost of the lights. I say "No I at least want a refund of the cost of the lights" they say "ok and we will send you lights to put on yourself as well". They send the lights and when I ask where the refund is they say "We sent you the lights so you can't get a refund". To top it off the lights battery box was cracked because they didn't pad the envelope.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. The original one arrived damaged. It was quickly replaced and is now hanging over his bed. Looks great!

I love my order, but the first one was damaged in shipping. The team at MetalPlex was responsive, professional, and understanding. My replacement was shipped and I absolutely love it. It is exactly as seen on the website and is made with the highest of quality.

The artwork arrives quickly and is packaged in such a way that it won't be damaged. The pieces are lightweight, easy to handle and a breeze to put up.This is my 3rd purchase from Metalplex. I love the trout design, but it is a gift, so I can't take a picture of it on the wall yet.

My order (of mountains) came quickly, was expertly packaged, and looked as good as the Facebook ad! It is lightweight & very easy to hang. It's always good when a company actually does what they say they'll do! I would recommend MetalPlex to anyone looking for unique wall decor!

I ordered a item from Metal Plex and it arrived damaged. I contacted support and they told me that I had to pay to return the damaged item back to them even after I provided them with clear pictures and proof that the item arrived damaged. I would not recommend purchasing items from this company as the product is not made of metal and you will be responsible for return shipping even if the item arrived to you damaged

Staff is very personable..Metal Plex Art Work is easy to hang..Ordered the bear family, which fits in beautifully with the theme of our home...Very good quality and couldn't be happier..Delivery was quick..Highly recommend...

I ordered a metal landscape picture of my car ,they sent me portrait in the wrong orientation. It looks horrible and I cannot believe they even sent something out like that. They said they would fix it after I resent them a picture which was done and I still have not received the corrected item.
I have sent several emails trying to find out when the new item will be sent and they keep replying with my original incorrect order data /delivery sent .
I have sent four emails asking for an update on the corrected item and they keep resending the email over and over again for the original wrong orientation picture sent.
Since there is no phone number I am stuck dealing with the emails.
Now I'm trying to get my money back.

The selected metal art work looked exactly as advertised. We selected the LED version and it lights up beautifully. Positioning the LED battery pack for hanging takes a few minutes to figure out, but once complete, it does not show on the wall.

A great company to work with. Their products are high quality and just beautiful. We love our mountain metal art and would purchase from them again!
