Excellent assistance with an unusual request. My piece came damaged during shipping. Customer service was great and a replacement piece was made available very quickly. I wanted to salvage what I could and reuse the damaged piece by making some changes to it and painting it black. I was given very thorough instructions on how to make my alterations and a lot of positive feedback about my idea. Customer service definitely went above and beyond for me!

Had a custom sign cut out. When I revived it one of the letters was insufficiently connected. There wasn’t enough metal to be strong and broke off. Contacted customer service sent a picture and a new sign was created with better design and shipped out at no charge very quickly. Great service and sign. Thanks
