The absolute worst shopping experience, this website is a joke no one picks up the phone, only a lousy answerphone with "Aluminum shop Europe please leave a message" I have Bought Some aluminum tile trims worth £164.00 and i received an email saying sorry your payment hasn't gone through when in fact it has. Order 5841 . No one to communicate with , neither Via Phone nor Via email, i have emailed several times with no answer, their website chat thing is just a dummy thing that also doesn't work, a joke of a website, and an absolute joke of a business I would rather go to Top tiles or any other businesses in the same products, avoid at all costs go somewhere else, i was about to put a large order but obviously i will not be doing so now
