Avoid at all costs!! This company is run by a fraudster he’s conned numerous people and will take your money then disappear. Building experience and ability is non existent. He will make up excuses for everything and promise the world. It is all lies. Check out all the other companies he’s put into liquidation and the times he’s been on XRay tv program. If you’ve been ripped off by this company report it to Trading Standards asap.

From day one Paul was amazing , and so was his work colleagues . The standard of work was excellent and they delivered what was agreed and more on our extension . Very very pleased with the workmanship , and we have gained 5 new friends into the bargain . Quality 👌👌

I can't deny that the work completed is to a good standard. The people Paul hires clearly know what they're doing and don't cut corners. But the time it took to complete was outrageous. He would leave us days or sometimes even weeks without replying to texts and calls even after promises he would be in touch. We were without a working kitchen for months. We had to beg and plead for him to send anyone and then they would be on site for one or two days and then vanish again. I couldn't recommend MET construction because the stress it caused us thinking we had hired cowboy builders who had left us in the lurch was absolutely awful. I don't think Paul is malicious, but he clearly took on more projects than he had time for. It was meant to take 12 weeks start to finish. We finally had it finished enough to move in fully at the end of December, when it was meant to be done in August. It's now March and the last tiny bit it STILL not done, but we have given up chasing him at this point. We're happy with the outcome, and I hope Paul can take the feedback and manage his projects better in the future. If he can follow through on agreed timescales he would have an excellent business.

We recently had an orangery with bifolding doors and a sky lantern built by MET Construction resulting in an exceptional addition to the property. The option of bifolding doors provides a seamless connection between our kitchen and back garden .

The sky lantern is a standout feature, allowing natural light to flood the space between the kitchen and dinner.

The team overcame some real challenges during the construction and at times it felt overwhelming but we never lost faith and are so happy with the end result.

I recently had a kitchen extension with a sky lantern and bifolding doors done by MET construction , and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service was outstanding – responsive, attentive, and always willing to address any concerns. The boys attention to detail in the construction and finishing touches exceeded my expectations. The sky lantern brings in amazing natural light, and the bifolding doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. I highly recommend them for their quality work and exceptional service.

This is the 2nd review I have done for this company Metconstruction , the 1st I took down foolishly believing that he would pay me my money back as he agreed but surprise surprise he has failed to make payment and contact is being ignored . He owes me 10 k which he promised to pay back on a payment plan for work that was not done . I have had 2k back and now he’s ignoring my emails . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED ON TV PROGRAMES ALSO. He swore to me on his daughter’s life that I would be reimbursed that tells you what a lowlife he is . He will promise you the world and either not deliver after you’ve paid or start and not finish . I know of many people who have been conned by him the tally so far is over 30 who’s to say there aren’t more .
