Don't waste your time using this company
Purchased product but did not get an order confirmation. Used their email address to ask for that and got 12, y es, 12 bouncebacks saying that email could not be dleivered. Each of the 12 cited a diferent name as the recipient whereas I had had given no individual's name. Total waste of my time and fI will purchase the product elsewhere and suggest you do the same...

Ordered items on 15/11/2024 still not recieved and no answer to numerous emails and the contact us form totally inadequate company would not buy from these again would give 0 stars if possible do not deal with them

main house switch - no fuse
I purchased a main house switch from them. They shipped it after two days, but what I received was a used item from a damaged installation, and it was missing a fuse. What a joke—avoid them at all costs!

No reply to correct wrong item sent.
Ordered cable clips that were suitable for flat ethernet cable. Only shop I could find that hand stock. Photograph on website confirmed correct clip. Paid almost £6 to have them delivered to the UK. Clips arrived but were standard 1.5mm clips that I could pick up from Toolstation for a pound. Tried to contact Meteor Electrical to ask for the correct cables to be sent. No reply. Do not trust this company.
