Customer service was so quick and helped me exchange the product. Now I found the perfect match and honestly have to say, this is the very first foundation that is not sitting on my pores and wrinkles. It looks natural and let me choose the coverage by applying ether very little or a little more if needed. Love it!!!

I have not used the product very long.
I have noticed a difference in how my skin feels.
No difference in the spots, but, like I mentioned, it hasn’t been very long.

I was really looking forward to trying this foundation brand. Especially because it was formulated for temperamental skin. I unfortunately was not able to continue with the foundation as it exacerbated my perioral dermatitis. This company was very helpful in quickly exchanging my first trial foundation shade with one that matched my skin tone more precisely and even restarting my trial period again after the second shade was delivered. I appreciated their swift processing, shipping, and understanding customer service. Even though I am unable to use their products, they offer quality care for their customers and really want to ensure each customer has the best experience. I would definitely recommend giving this company and their products a try.

I sent an email to indicate that a code to receive a small discount had not been received. I received a response from the team the very next day indicating when I should receive the code. The discount code was sent BEFORE the date promised. That’s being true to upholding the promise to the customer. I sincerely appreciate that you demonstrate that the customer is important to you!

I'm excited to continue to seeing more progress. I'm only on my second week and already noticed a slight decrease in my hyperpigmentation. The assessment was very straightforward and simple to understand.

My experience has been absolutely amazing 🤩 thoroughly impressed with the quality of the products, explanations of my treatment plan, ease of the process for refills, and the backup treatment that helps me tolerate the recommended treatment plan. The only negative thing I have to say is the pump bottle for the medication and foundation never works. I have to open the bottle and dump the product out which I believe contributes to waste.

I already left a review, but I did have an issue with the foundation when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, they were more than happy to help remedy the situation fast. The foundation has a beautiful finish and the match was perfect for my skin. Because of the inconvenience with the foundation, customer service made it right by giving me a discount code and a refund which I thought was extremely generous. I can’t wait to try their other products and I highly recommend this company. It’s run by amazing people that care; and despite the minor issue I had with the foundation, it’s a good product overall. It’s improved the quality of my skin in terms of less breakouts and a more even skin-tone without the foundation! I can’t wait to try their other products like skincare, etc. The brush that the foundation comes with is really well-made. It’s high-quality for sure! Definitely give it a try if you are skeptical because if you have an issue, customer service will quickly help with any issue.

The product is good no doubt but shade matching was quite difficult. But overall customer service experience is good.

The rep that worked with me on my return was nice and quickly responded. No questions were asked. The company is so nice to their customers. I am buying something else with the gift card they put in my account. Methdiq knows how to treat their customers!

The product glides on nicely. It isn't too heavy and gives my face nice coverage. I also don't need a lot of product which is nice. The color isn't an exact match however, it would be perfect if it was.

Advertising is misleading. It did not cover anything, was not buildable and made my face look patchy.
