I’m very disappointed with Metricool’s advertising. After completing the free trial, I decided to purchase the Starter plan mainly because their website clearly promoted competitive analysis of up to 100 brands. This feature was a key factor in my decision to subscribe.
However, once I upgraded, I discovered that LinkedIn competitive analysis is not available, which was never clearly stated in their advertising. The promotional information does not specify which social platforms support competitor analysis and which do not, which I find misleading.
I feel this lack of transparency influenced my purchase decision. Customers should be clearly informed about feature limitations before subscribing, especially when those features are a major selling point under their key feature points for subscribing to the package.

You have been charging my credit card without my permission for 1.5 years now. This is after I brought this to your attention and told you a previous owner of my company signed us up with my credit card. As I said last year, I will not provide the ridiculous documentation you requested, including my driver's license and bank statement. If you do not stop charging my credit card immediately and refund all payments charged since last June, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

This software is ok, pretty similar to others however their terms and conditions are a trap. They allow refund for initial subscription, however annual renewals have no access to a refund, so you can not cancel even if not using. They are a heartless organisation that doesn't care for small business owners. I would not recommend.

On October 14, 2025, I was charged via auto-renew even though I was not actively using the service. The most basic need - adding two Instagram accounts at the same time - is not supported. I had to constantly disconnect and reconnect just to switch accounts, which wastes time and is error-prone.
Customer support was another disappointment. I canceled from Plans and billing and requested a refund, but received no timely, actionable response. Combined with an opaque renewal policy, the overall experience is terrible.
Bottom line: I lost both time and money. I asked for a full refund and permanent cancellation. If I do not hear back, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank. I do not recommend this product. Choose alternatives that respect their customers.

Metricool refused to refund me just 15 minutes after I saw my card charged for a renewal. 638 € lost. In 15 years of using digital marketing tools daily, I’ve never seen such behavior. Their customer service ignored my request completely. Ridiculous and disappointing experience. Don’t subscribe to Metricool — they charge renewals without warning.

This constant failure has created refund requests, client churn, and serious reputational damage to our business — all because Metricool cannot reliably deliver what it promises.
Each time we reach out to support, we’re told the issue is “exceptional.” But it has happened more than 15 times, across multiple clients, months, and platforms. That’s not exceptional — it’s systemic.
Metricool is not a tool you can trust if your business depends on consistent, professional posting. I would strongly advise against using it for any company that values reliability or client satisfaction.

Metricool charged my card after one year without my consent, even though I had already cancelled my subscription . It took me weeks of chasing their support team to even get a proper response. Their billing system is unreliable, and their customer service is slow and unhelpful when its come to money . Very disappointing experience — I cannot recommend this company

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Metricool. They advertise and promise services that they simply do not deliver. After realizing that their platform was not providing what I paid for, I decided to cancel my subscription. To my shock, they continued charging me even after the cancellation.
This is completely unacceptable and feels dishonest. A company should not mislead customers with false promises and then keep taking their money after they have clearly opted out. It’s unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering Metricool to stay away. Save your money and your time.

I am disappointed with Merticool’s service and their rigid adherence to refund policies instead of standing behind the actual value delivered. Despite my experience falling short of expectations, they refused any refund due to an automatic renewal clause in their terms and conditions.
There is No outreach and assistance communications regarding how to get value from the service.
This shows a lack of genuine commitment to customer satisfaction or accountability for service quality. I cannot recommend a service that prioritizes strict policies over making things right for their users. It seems they'd rather you forget you even subscribed.
