Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Unresponsive – Not Recommended
I engaged Metropole for their Strategic Property Plan, expecting a premium, team-based service as advertised. What I received instead was a generic plan with minimal follow-up or meaningful engagement. For a fee of $4,675, I expected ongoing strategic input and a collaborative approach across accounting, finance, and property advisory. Instead, their recommended accountant was unreliable, and I ultimately had to rebuild my entire team independently.
Despite clearly communicating my dissatisfaction and lack of value received, Metropole refused to refund the fee—even though I never proceeded with the plan or received ongoing support. Their justification was that the plan was "delivered" and "hosted on a platform." That level of service, in my view, does not justify the price tag.
Since moving to KHI, I’ve received a comprehensive, integrated, and genuinely helpful property strategy at no additional cost—and already purchased my first property with their support. I would not recommend Metropole to anyone looking for a genuine end-to-end wealth creation strategy.
